Personality

In "Thanks for 900,000 subscribers!", Five spoke for the first time, and their personality begins to show. They are very irritable and sarcastic, where they complain about Nine being so annoying. However, they are shown to be knowledgeable and is very law-abiding. After Seven is about to explain the "7-Ate(8)-9" joke, Five explains that cannibalism is not allowed in the Equation Playground, and how that is just a joke, even with how grumpy they usually are, when Fifteen showed up to the Equation Playground, they were just as excited as everyone else, Five is one of the more stricter numbers, often wanting those around him to be more reasonable and becoming annoyed when they don't, He's much more responsible and mature than his peers, but this matureness will often lead to the other algebraliens mocking him or calling him a nerd, He's a strict rule-abider, Five frequents the Equation Playground, a place where the other numbers One, Two, Three, Four, Six, Seven, Eight, Nine and Ten all play and live together, It's also presumed they live there, but that isn't for certain, One is also absent a lot of the time, despite Seven claiming One is their best friend. There are swings, benches, seesaws, and some nice oak wood trees around the place. Four may have some kind of grudge against Five that they barely try to hide, This could be because Five is one digit greater than Four, Five enjoys reading a lot and wishes for some new books to fill their bookshelfs this Christmas.

Trivia

Despite the colors of the numbers being based on Minesweeper, Five does not have this trait. In Minesweeper, the number five is maroon. In "Thanks for 1,000,000 subscribers!", Five is the only algebralian to be partially sucked up by Four. Five LOVES reading books. In the song Counting on Christmas Five asks for more books as a Christmas gift to fill his bookshelf (clarifying that he loves books), so Seven tells him "And I want Five to stop being a dork", to which Five responds with an very aggressive "Hey!"
