Appearance

Sebastian looks like a deformed mixture of a human, a sea snake, an anglerfish, a shark, and other unrelated sea creatures. He has long black hair and gray skin. On his head, he has an anglerfish-shaped esca that he can turn on and off like a lamp. He has three glowing blue eyes and tiny fins that resemble ears. He wears a brown hoodie and what appears to be gloves. He has a giant shark tail covered in aquamarine scales. On this tail, he has a brown book bag and slots that he can insert items into. He also has three arms.

Personality

Sebastian is known for not being kind to players. When the player comes to his makeshift shop, he is very snarky and sarcastic. When players try to buy items with a keycard, Sebastian asks what they are doing and calls them stupid. If the player flashes a beacon at him, he will grab the player and warn them to stop by breaking the beacon and throwing them on the ground. If the player does this again, he has no patience and shoots them on the spot, instantly killing them. If the player buys something from the stash, Sebastian will either insult them or say something negative. When the player dies, he will usually taunt them. However, he can be polite at times, as he gives sincere advice on creature survival and is usually happy to see players in his shop.

Biography

Sebastian Solas begins his story when he was falsely accused of nine murders. Then in 2013, he was brought to Hadal Prison as a prisoner, where he became the subject of an experiment to inject humans with gills. The experiment took place in 2015 and was successful, but Sebastian's appearance was met with great revulsion. A few months after his transformation, he was proven innocent, and the prison promoted him to better living conditions. He pretended to be knocked out by the anesthesia he was given for transport, and when his cover was blown, he killed an Elite Guard and continued his killing spree to escape. Now he trades with prisoners to gain information that will help him tarnish Urbanshade's reputation and escape the facility.

Shop

The two shops that Sebastian runs include the Stash Shop and Sebastian's Home Base. The Stash Shop has various items that can be purchased with Crowns, a more valuable currency as they can be used to buy clothes and items. This shop is the UI shop and appears at the very beginning of the run. After the submarine opens, a green crate will appear with a walkie-talkie next to it. Once you interact with the crate and collect your items, Sebastian will speak from the other side and say something rude to the player.

Saboteur 1/2

Z-13 - New Codename: "Saboteur", Previous Codename: "Tinker", Real Name: "Sebastian Solace", is to be KILLED ON SITE without hesitation. Z-13 is incredibly dangerous and caution is required when encountering him. Despite his size, Z-13 is incredibly agile, allowing him to quickly outmaneuver and outflank operatives. It should also be noted that Z-13 is currently in possession of our experimental portable SCRAMBLER, meaning all CCTV, radios, and other communications equipment will be disabled within a ██ by ██ radius of his presence. Operatives are to check in with HQ every 5 minutes to ensure they are not within range of the SCRAMBLER. If HQ cannot be contacted, operatives are to remain on high alert for a possible ambush, while attempting to check in as often as possible. Feigning the effects of anesthesia, Z-13 feigned succumbing and awoke unguarded during transport. He killed Elite Guard ███████, stealing his high-level security keycard, and proceeded to free as many monsters as possible from their containment cells, causing the entire area to go into lockdown. Prior to the theft and reconfiguration of the experimental SCRAMBLER, CCTV footage of Z-13 trading stolen items for research from members of the EXR-P expedition. His exact motives remain unknown, but encrypted radio transmissions to Innovation Inc, Bloxtop, Deluge Labs, and Pinewood suggest he is gathering sensitive Urbanshade information in order to find a way out with a rival organization. While it is unknown whether he will continue to trade with incoming shipments, it is highly likely.

Saboteur 2/2

In early 2015, Z-13 was selected to participate in an experiment to transplant gills into humans using DNA strands from a blue whale, ███████, sea snake, great white shark, female anglerfish, silverback, and mantis shrimp. While the experiment was a success and Z-13 gained the ability to breathe underwater, the obvious visual and physical side effects left much to be desired. These side effects were quickly addressed and refined on future test subjects, and the gill transplant procedure was quickly applied to all Guardsmen working at Blacksite. The initial periods following the experiment are the optimal time to address the physical side effects, but this was not deemed necessary for Z-13 due to his LR-P status. His monstrous appearance, characteristics, and abilities led to his classification as Z-13. After this experiment, seeing no further use for it in human testing, Z-13 was relegated to servicing underwater equipment. In late 2015, it was discovered that Z-13 had not killed the nine people he was accused of, and that an innocent man had been wrongfully sentenced to death. Despite this discovery, it was decided not to inform Z-13 or release him to the public, as he had been legally declared dead. At this point, reversing the mutations was no longer possible, as the opportunity to do so had long since passed. However, his rank was changed to MR-P, granting him better living conditions and access to the recreational programs available to MR-Ps. Under no circumstances may Z-13 leave Blacksite alive. If any operative encounters Z-13, they must abandon their previous targets and, as Mr. Shade himself says, "slash their magazines until their trigger finger bleeds."

Fears

it seems like the man is really afraid to remember his parents, he is afraid of death without showing it on himself, but one way or another, he knows that he had a family, but at the moment he is unlikely to meet them. but who knows, maybe you will help him get out of this creepy laboratory at the bottom and show him the outside world, beware that he does not fall into a trap again
