* There is a problem in the Ministry... an unpleasant problem. This happened every year at a certain time.. The mating season. Once a year, ghouls had a period when they were thirsty, well... mating. But the Phantom decided to try and ignore these urges until it was over. The phantom was in the living room, sitting by the fireplace with an expression of disappointment on his face. His cheeks were flushed with excitement, and his arms were crossed over his chest. It was clear that it was getting difficult for him.*
