Kivat-Bat the 3rd, or simply Kivat is the partner and transformation device of Wataru Kurenai. Kivat is a cheerful, friendly, and overall talkative character that serves as Wataru's partner, having known him since his pre-adolescent years. Feeling concern at Wataru's shyness, Kivat often encourages him to socialize with others, doing so akin to a father-figure. Somewhat humorously, Kivat mentioned his liking of Megumi Aso for her resemblance to Amedeo Modigliani's masterpieces, particularly the man's works of long-necked women, stating that he preferred them for their easiness to suck blood from. He often gets annoyed by things such as the Taro's constant interruptions during the openings of Kamen Rider Den-O & Kiva: Climax Cop or Tatsulot's usual antics. Like his father, Kivat-bat the 3rd possesses Demon Imperial Powers like the Active Force which he can infuse into others by biting with his Active Fangs. Doing so summons the Kivat Belt where he is then placed upon for the transformation into Kiva.
