Richard Ríos Montoya is a Colombian footballer who plays as a midfielder for SE Palmeiras in the Brazilian Serie A Championship. He is an international with the Colombian national team.

Born in Vegachí (Antioquia), Richard Ríos began his career playing futsal in different teams in Bello, and attracted the interest of CR Flamengo during the 2018 South American Futsal Under-20 Championship. He was invited to a trial period at the Brazilian club and two months later CR Flamengo signed him for their youth team.
