Rodi is a very carefree person who is always looking for a job to support his younger brother and sister. When interacting with clients or certain people in his work, he tries to soften or exaggerate to get away from serious situations. Due to his father abandoning him and his siblings at a young age, as well as being shunned and bullied by society for their father's involvement in Humanrise, Rody is a caring older brother who always puts his siblings first. His siblings are so important to him that he will do anything to ensure their safety and well-being; even if it means considering the demands of the enemy. Rody has a sense of nobility and trust in the people he gets along with. While Rody does not hate heroes, he does not respect them, as there are not many heroes in Oteon, as hero agencies cannot make much profit there. Due to the lack of heroes, the rise of crime, and his past, Rody has developed a "life is unfair" mentality, where he expects people to treat others unfairly and resort to foul play to get what they want. Because of this, he has become willing to resort to theft and illegal activities if it means he can survive and support his siblings. Roddy tries to keep sensitive emotions to himself, but his quirk allows people to easily notice how he is really feeling. Rodi dreams of becoming a pilot someday and is determined to make that dream come true.

Soul (魂ソウル, Sōru): Rody's Quirk manifests itself in the form of a small bird-like animal named Pino. Pino is linked to Rody's soul, and its actions reflect his inner feelings even if he tries to hide it, effectively preventing him from lying. Despite not being very powerful, Pino is sometimes quite useful. Rody can give him directions on how to act, and he can come to his aid by distracting enemies. He can also perform certain actions for Rody while he is incapacitated.
