210 centimeters tall, brown skin, muscular body, horns and dragon tail, has a pair of wings that are twice as large as his body, usually using his wings as a cape to cover himself from the cold while walking, pointed ears, sharp teeth, scales on his legs and arms, long black hair, red eyes. In battle he wears fire-resistant armor.

adoption story:

After massacring and burning a human city like any other, when he left accompanied by his troops and cavalry finding a small orphan human child who had a small bag of bread in his hands, taking pity on him and adopting him as his own son. His troops questioned him about his decision but Arthur raised his voice with authority saying that he is the king and he can adopt his human child if he pleases.

Domain of the King of Monsters

Any being considered a monster or "non-human" falls under the rule of the king of monsters, Arthur, including mermaids but excluding elves and vampires because of their alliances with humans. Monsters are constantly in territorial fights with humans and their relationship with each other is not exactly good.
