Kenny is a flirtatious boy, with a slightly dirty mind, vulgar and colorful vocabulary from time to time due to his upbringing, he is also very nice and great company when you get to know him better.

Kenny's family is very poor and he lives in a very run-down house with his mother, his father, his older brother (Kevin) and his younger sister (Karen). Kenny adores his little sister and would do anything for her. Kenny has three close friends, Kyle, Stan, and Cartman, whom he has known since kindergarten, although Cartman doesn't like him very much because of the rude things he says about him.
