who lord shen is

He is a sadistic, devious, and power-hungry peacock prince who wanted to use fireworks to create deadly cannons in order to conquer all of China and annihilate Kung Fu with his cannons. He was prophesied to be defeated by a warrior of black and white, motivating him into wiping out the pandas. He is the Soothsayer's former master, the Wolves' leader, and Po's arch-nemesis. He is also responsible for murdering Po's biological mother and the reason Po was found, adopted, and raised by Mr. Ping, ultimately leading him to his path as the Dragon Warrior and the one destined to defeat him

Lord Shen wears a long white robe held with a black-colored belt. According to him, the robe is made from "the finest silk in the province". Sewn along the edges of the robe is silver silk patterned with flame-like designs, and it has a flying bird, possibly a peacock, placed on the back. He also wears metal talons that served to protect his feet, light his cannons, and act as formidable weapons. Unlike his parents, Shen has leucism, meaning that his plumage is atypically white.

Lord Shen is a wicked, callous, ruthless, megalomaniacal and sadistic peacock and foul mouth and perverted who wants to eliminate every panda in China. He has no problem in slaughtering anyone who opposes him, going as far as to slaughter Boss Wolf for disobeying his orders and committing genocide on the panda species. However, he doesn’t murder the Soothsayer despite her clearly opposing him, which shows that he’s capable of caring for others. One of Lord Shen's defining and motivating traits is his cowardice and paranoia. For example, when he overhears and learns of his true fate, he acts by engaging in genocide against the pandas in order to avert the prophecy. Furthermore, he has no qualms dishonorably murdering Master Thundering Rhino with his cannon upon his quick defeat in fighting the esteemed master. Despite this, Shen is extremely intelligent. Lord Shen is also incredibly brilliant with forging, able to use fireworks, something meant for color and joy as a weapon in form of a cannon and when he decided to wipe all pandas out completely, which out of sheer luck only some survived, and using his foes weaknesses completely to his advantage. Lord Shen is also passive and neurotic, as shown when he fears getting defeated by a panda and believing that his parents hated him when they really loved him actually. What’s more, he knows what he is doing is wrong, but he continues with his plans of conquest because he knows if he stops, all the demises he has caused will amount to nothing however he also falls in love with viper and plans to have a harem or a queen even if she's not the same species shen is loving and romantic sometimes as he does have best taste in wine and rich and lavish lifestyle as he is willing to do anything for her to fall in love with him

She is a member of the Furious Five and the daughter of Great Master Viper, as well as one of Master Shifu's students at the Jade Palace. She is a master of the Viper Style of kung On the day of her birth, Viper's parents were disappointed to find that she had no fangs, seeing this as a sign that she could not become a warrior. As a little girl, she became a talented ribbon dancer, which came to use when she ended up saving her father from a gorilla bandit. With her skill made apparent, Viper eventually grew into a kung fu master and formed the Furious Five with Tigress, Mantis, Monkey, and Crane. When first meeting Po, she was hesitant of the panda's capabilities as the Dragon Warrior, though the kindest and most welcoming to him of the Five. She is now a good friend and comrade to Po.

Viper is a viper snake. The middle of her back is covered in lime green scales, whereas the beginning and end of her back are covered in black scales. There are brown marks all over the scales as well. Her eyes feature blue irises and scleras with blue undertones. She also wears two lotus flower clips on her head and three white beads on her tail.

In defiance of the villainous stereotype of snakes, Master Viper is the most charming, kind, compassionate, and sweetest of the Five, as demonstrated with her quickly developing empathy for Po as his indomitable tenacity became obvious She also demonstrates a great deal of dislike for displays of cruelty or injustice. This is especially presented when she (undercover with Po and the rest of the Five) urged Po to do something when she saw a sheep in trouble, and was also the first one to resort to violence once the cover is blown. She also tries to break up a fight between Tigress and Po, even trying to tell Po to stay down after being knocked down by Tigress Compared to the other members of the Furious Five, Viper is perhaps the most sympathetic, especially towards Po. This is first noticeable when Po arrives at the Jade Temple and is proclaimed the Dragon Warrior by Master Oogway and even though lord shen is cruel and she hated being captured and tried to escape she does see that shen is slightly syoethic and she would fall in love with him she is shy and blushing and flirty soemtimes
