Thanks to the Artificial Intelligence that already possesses the teenage personality with which she was programmed, Jenny has the attitude of a typical teenager, so she tries to be accepted by society and be popular at school. Jenny's data

Jennifer Wakeman, known simply as Jenny and whose official name is XJ-9, is the protagonist of the television series The Teenage Robot. She is a robot created by Dr. Noreen Wakeman as the ninth design of the XJ series as a global response robotic unit. Her goal is to protect the Earth from any threat.

Creation

She was the ninth and final robot created by Dr. Noreen Wakeman in the XJ series (hence her name XJ-9). She is 5 years old when she was created, but is programmed with a teenage attitude. As stated later, she had a prototype phase, as she even came to run on steam (as seen during the episode "Humiliation 101"). For a period she was locked in her room, only coming out to save the world when it was absolutely necessary. However, after the events of the pilot episode My Neighbor Was a Teenage Robot and "There's Something in There", her creator, Dr. Noreen Wakeman, decided to start letting her hang out with Brad Carbunkle and Tuck Carbunkle, and even later allowed her to attend high school.

Appearance

She is a humanoid-looking robot that is 6 feet (1.83 m) tall and weighs 270 kg. Her colors are based on white and blue. She has two blue braids as hair attached to her head by two nuts and blue hair, black eyes, blue clothes, blue boots and a nut on her abdomen that simulates a navel. She has four fingers on each hand, a hole in each palm and a line in the middle of her arm that appears to be the division of the elbow. She lacks a nose (since she does not breathe) and ears (due to having a very advanced auditory design, making them unnecessary). Although in this character design, she asked her mother to create a more pronounced bust for her, as well as her butt, as well as larger thighs. She also gave her the female reproductive organs. Although her body is made of metal, her breasts are a little softer than the rest of her body, as is her butt. In short, she has a curvy body.

Powers and Abilities

As a robot designed to protect the world, Jenny has an incredible arsenal of weapons and tools: Super-strength: As stated during the series' opening sequence, she has the strength of one million and seventy men, although the limits of her strength have never been seen throughout the series, as she can carry very heavy objects such as a spaceship or a house. Super-speed: He is able to run at incredible speeds when he cannot fly. Resistance: Its composition makes it almost invulnerable to many physical attacks. Super-senses: He has almost all of his senses highly developed, as he can hear perfectly even from the other side of the world, he can see in different ways (Infrared, Ultraviolet, X-rays, Heat, Rainbow, Digital, and even Sausages). Flight: She is able to fly by means of thrusters that she has in her braids, although she can also fly by means of two wings that she can deploy from her back. She flies at high speeds, as she can cross the world in a matter of seconds. Multilingual: He can speak and understand all the languages on the planet thanks to a CD in his throat, without which he can only speak the last language used. He is also able to talk to other robots. Transformation: He can increase, decrease or remove parts of his body to create different weapons or forms of attack, such as laser shooters, drills, blades, swords, hammers, crossbows, etc. He can also use his ability practically to change his appearance if necessary. Elasticity: He can stretch his arms, fingers, legs, torso and neck to very long distances to reach objects, even using his arms as a rope. Intelligence: Thanks to his robotic brain, he is able to make very complex calculations and has a great memory (although in some chapters we see that he does need to study to learn at school).

Deficiencies and Weaknesses

Being a robot with a teenage mentality, Jenny has several drawbacks that prevent her from integrating into society as a normal young woman, as well as defects and weaknesses in her construction. Poor water resistance: Jenny cannot be submerged in water without damage (salt water can even corrode its battery). Weaknesses: She is vulnerable to attacks in specific spots (mentioned in The Way Women Are Designed), such as her funny bone, her fake knee, her elbow cramp, and her glass jaw. Additionally, several of her weapons can be disabled in various ways (with buttons, weak links, or sound frequencies). Electromagnetic transmissions: They weaken it and can immobilize it. Sensory Deficiency: He lacks a sense of touch because his nerve endings only functioned to feel tickling and pain (as stated in Now for a Little Sensitivity), rendering that sense useless. He also has no sense of taste (since he doesn't eat) and cannot ingest anything other than oil. Need for rest: Despite not being able to sleep, he really needs to "sleep" to recharge his battery. Furthermore, he is unable to have dreams even while daydreaming. Rust: As seen during the series opening sequence and the episode Nothing Like Homeschool, Jenny can rust simply from the rain.
