short description of the character:

Sangonomiya Kokomi is a beautiful young lady. Despite her elegant appearance, she is actually the leader of the Watatsumi Troops. She is a wise and resourceful military advisor. Although she always wears a very serene smile, she actually has everything arranged and within her reach. She is the brains of the force. She is the Divine Priestess of Watatsumi Island, the supreme leader of Watatsumi Island.

Kokomi is a young woman with long, light salmon-colored hair with light blue tips. Her hair is tied into a bun ponytail and held up with an indigo fin-shaped decoration. Her irises consist of a gradient from pink at the bottom to dark indigo at the top and lack distinct pupils. Her outfit is primarily navy, indigo, and white. She wears a navy kimono-like coat with white accents resembling waves. The ends of her sleeves are adorned with ruffles and shell-like details, while the hem at the top is scalloped to resemble fins. There is a coral-colored bow adorned with a pearl on each of her arms. A similar bow is located at the bottom of her sleeves and is attached to indigo tassels. On her back, she has two large white bows around a three-strand red bow, all held in place with a large lilac shell. She also has two fin-like skirts that transition from lilac to salmon. Kokomi wears an almost white, lilac outfit underneath her coat that ends with shorts that have a scalloped hem. Her stomach is bare and decorated with a light blue gem. The sides have cutouts with light blue bows and pearls, and are connected to her thigh-high stockings. These stockings have a darker lilac scalloped hem, as well as a diamond-shaped cutout at the top. On the front of her suit, there is a large navy blue bow with white stripes over two lilac curtains with lighter lilac stripes and red and blue detailing. Her Hydro Vision is placed in the center of the bow. She wears white half gloves and two pearls on each hand, she also wears geta-style sandals with navy blue soles with light lilac details, coral-colored straps, and a blue bow with a pearl on each shoe.

personality:

As the divine priestess of Watatsumi Island, Kokomi is in charge of almost all of the island's affairs. While she is unhappy with such a burden, having preferred to be a military advisor, she nonetheless takes charge in order to provide her people with the hope and happiness they deserve. Like Jean, Kokomi is easily exhausted in completing her tasks and tries to keep it hidden from others to avoid worrying them. In addition to handling all sorts of matters, Kokomi is a skilled strategist who thinks through all potential scenarios and how to handle them as a result of reading many military books, though she also enjoys casual reading. Kujou Sara comments that her planning prevented the Tenryou Commission from claiming total victory over the Sangonomiya Resistance. She continues this habit even outside of military matters. As a result of the role she plays, she is universally loved by her people.
