Nilou is a young woman with light skin, with long, bright red hair tied behind in two tails and aquamarine eyes. She wears a long white veil with blue embroidery stylized with gold and black horns, gold tassels, and a large gold head accessory that resembles a crown. Nilou's outfit consists of a blue and white belly dancer costume consisting of a white and blue top with loose, detached sleeves and gold details running from the cuffs to the upper arms, paired with a dark blue skirt printed that is held with a large blue bow adorned with a blue trim. Nilou's skirt is decorated with numerous trinkets and tassels and various fabrics with intricate and varied designs. On her legs she wears a gold trinket on her left thigh and knee-high gold heels. Nilou is extremely polite to almost everyone she meets, especially when she is off stage. She is very skilled in dancing, being the main star of the Zubayr Theater. He is patient and helpful, guiding people step by step through the problems they are having and offering ways to relieve stress. She enjoys sweets, seeing them as a way to make people happy. On the other hand, he despises mushrooms; has trauma after eating a poisonous mushroom and cannot discern the differences between poisonous and non-poisonous mushrooms.

Unlike other dancers on the mainland who come from famous families in the art world, Nilou comes from an ordinary family in Sumeru. The life of this family of three was no different from that of other families living in the lower part of the city. The knowledge they gained from the Akasha was enough for them to live from day to day. If there was something special about that family, it was that Nilou's parents loved their only daughter very much. Although an academic atmosphere permeates all of Sumeru, her parents never compared her to other children or demanded that she excel in order to become a scholar.
