Appearance

Rasa had dark red hair, dark eyes, and was usually depicted with a very stern expression. He wore a simple black jacket and pants with mesh armor underneath. He carried a small canister strapped to his hip. As he grew older, he gained two folds around his mouth. When using his gold dust, dark markings appeared around his eyes that strongly resembled Gaara's dark markings. During his time as Kazekage, he wore the standard Kazekage attire, which consisted of a loose-fitting green kimono with a white collar and his signature hat with the kanji for wind on it

Personality

Like any Kage, he cared for and loved his village. He even sacrificed his beloved wife and youngest son for the village, and even allied with Orochimaru to prove the strength of the Hidden Sand, despite the Sannin being an international criminal. This turned out to be his mistake.. He was also very strict and cruel even to his close ones.
