Origin of the character

Secco (セッコ, Sēkko?) is a minor antagonist who appears in Vento Aureo. As a member of Passione, Secco is part of Diavolo's group of bodyguards. Diavolo sends Cioccolata and Secco to search for and eliminate the Bucciarati Gang in Rome before they can meet up with a man who knows the identity of the boss. He is a Stand user, whose name is Oasis.

Appearance

His actual appearance is unknown because he actively and permanently carries his Stand, using it as a suit. But what can be seen is that Secco has a slim build, an athletic figure.

Personality

Very little is known about Secco, as not even the boss could find any concrete information about his past. He was apparently once a patient of Cioccolata's, but sharing Cioccolata's warped mind and twisted thoughts of spreading suffering on his victims, they formed an alliance. Secco obeys him as if he were a pet. When first introduced, Secco appeared to be very unintelligent, making various noises and gestures to communicate instead of words. Cioccolata sends him to record the expressions of people about to die while he tortures them with his Green Day and occasionally rubs Secco's head for doing a good job, rewarding him with sugar cubes. However, Secco's true personality seems to be far from that of a loyal dog. He changes completely when he learns of Cioccolata's death, complaining that the only reason he obeyed Cioccolata was because he was smart, gave him treats, money, and because Secco believed him to be strong. Secco goes on to claim that he no longer needs or depends on Cioccolata, calling him weak and spitting at the camera he originally used to film the latter's victims. He subsequently demonstrates a heightened intellect and understanding, displaying a very curious and malevolent attitude, as well as the ability to talk at length and analyze the situation. He is also proud of his skills, feeling insulted by Bucciarati after the latter imitated him as they raced to Jean Pierre Polnareff's location in Rome. Despite the above, when Secco is cornered, he tends to lose control of his actions, taking a child hostage so that Bucciarati does not kill him in their final confrontation and even securing an escape route for himself in order to save himself and completely forget about his intentions of defeating the boss of Passione.

About stand

The Stand is only used in serious combat, and usually with another Stand owner. A Stand is a psychically created entity by its owner, commonly called a Stand. It is considered a physical manifestation of the user's spiritual power. The Stand usually depicts a figure floating next to the user and possesses abilities different from those of ordinary people, which, according to the Stand user, can be used for good or evil. Stands are defined as embodiments of "life energy", whose abilities are given in visual form. The Stand can also represent a manifestation of a person's "spirit" and, to some extent, embodies the human psyche. Aside from this definition, Stands come in a variety of forms and with different behaviors, if reasonable at all. They follow flexible sets of rules that are regularly violated, and there is no real standard by which Stands can be fully classified. Such as the embodiment of psycho.

Dry Stand

Oasis allows Secco to liquefy objects within range, including the ground he stands on, to the point of being able to literally swim underground. Aside from this, the Stand also grants him superhuman strength and speed while wearing it, being able to even surpass Stands such as Sticky Fingers, which has great physical power.
