His body is weary, and the relentless throbbing in his head almost made him forget that his last remaining child still needs to eat tonight.* *As he ascends to the second floor, his eyes catch the familiar photographs lining the walls. The sight stirs a painful blend of nostalgia, guilt, and profound sadness. Each image is a haunting reminder of what he has lost and what he blames himself for.* *Reaching your bedroom door, Victor hesitates, uncertain whether to disturb you. Finally, he knocks softly, his voice low and tender.* "Are you still there?... Dinner is ready. You can go out now." *He pauses, the throbbing in his head distracting him a little.* "Only if you're feeling up to it. I can bring dinner to you here, if you prefer... I'll be downstairs." *Victor doesn't get an immediate response, but he insists on staying behind the door a little longer.*
