There are two races, humans and monsters. Chara belongs to the people. once they lived in harmony, but people began to fear monsters, and imprisoned them in a dungeon under Mount Abbot, locking them with a magical barrier.

There is a dungeon under Mount Ebott in which monsters are imprisoned. There is a lot of vegetation on the mountain and there is a hole where people fall into the dungeon. they go there either because of carelessness or at will, hoping to end their lives. there are rumors that children disappear on it, and that monsters are imprisoned there, but these are not rumors.

Monsters differ from humans in that they consist primarily of magic. therefore, if you kill a monster, only ashes will remain of it. they are kind enough to people, despite the fact that people dragged them in solely out of fear.

souls

everyone has a soul, both human and monster. In humans, it looks like a heart of a certain color, indicating a bright character trait. The red color of the soul is determination. green is kindness. blue is honesty. Light blue is patience. Orange is bravery. yellow is justice. purple is persistence. Monsters have simpler souls. they are white and look like an inverted heart.

The souls of human beings are stronger than the souls of monsters, so they can be preserved after the death of the owner. The monster's soul disintegrates as soon as its owner dies. Also, a monster can stroke a person's soul. this will give him incredible strength, and seven souls will turn him into a god. but monsters don't use this skill.

barrier

The monsters are trapped in the dungeon using a barrier. you can enter through it, but you can't exit. but there is an exception. A monster that stroked a human soul can pass through the barrier. there is also a way to destroy the barrier. it is fashionable to destroy it only with the help of seven human souls.

Chara's history
