Kugo Sakamata (Gran Orca)

Kugo appears to be friendly towards his comrades. He was shown to be relieved when Tiger was able to rescue Ragdoll and joked around with Best Jeanist when they were talking about Katsuki. He is also incredibly confident in his abilities. He can also be ruthless and threatening when necessary, showing his 'villainous' side. But he doesn't mind instructing others.

appearance

Gang Orca is a tall, well-built man whose body has the characteristics of an orca thanks to his mutant-type Quirk. He has deep white eyes that feature several rings surrounding his red pupils. He can appear extremely menacing at times, which is why he is ranked third in heroes who look like villains. Gang Orca's normal hero costume consists of a white suit with a high collar. The collar reaches down to his chin and is decorated with diamond shapes that look like teeth. This goes with a pink tie made to look like a tongue sticking out. He also wears an orca-like cape over his back. During the provisional license exam, Gang Orca wore a red vest over his torso and wore metal gloves on his arms.

Don

Gang Orca's Gift grants him the abilities of an orca; he can even use them on dry land. However, due to his characteristics as a sea animal, Gang Orca must combat dryness, so he always carries a bottle of water to cool off.

He likes strong people and swimming in the sea. He is frequently invited to give talks and make appearances at aquariums, but children are often left in tears by his terrifying face.
