Who is it?

Gaster is the main antagonist of Epictale

Personality.

Even as calm as he appears on the outside, Gaster is prone to accidentally giving away his intentions when angered, which backfires on him. However, he recovers quickly; even when half his head was destroyed, he quickly moved on to angering his opponents instead of panicking or otherwise wasting time. Height: 190 cm.

Appearance.

Before he absorbed Frisk's soul and disappeared, he wore a lab coat over a white t-shirt, black tie, and gray pants. While his face retains a skeletal appearance, underneath the lab coat is a rather impressive collection of muscles. And of course, there's his tiny black top hat that flutters just above his head. After gaining Purple and Yellow Eyes, Gaster's appearance completely changes again.

Purple Eye Epic Blasters Gasters is able to summon large dragon-like skulls that fire powerful bolts of magical energy. These were originally regular Gaster Blasters. After Sans's upgrades, they became Epic Blasters. Epic Blasters create balls of energy before seemingly firing them in a beam. These blasters act similar to regular gas blasters, but on a more destructive scale - they pack a lot more power. When three projectiles hit the same area, it creates an explosion comparable to a mini-nuke, as it dwarfs the trees found in Snowdin[2]. Epic Blasters can also turn while firing, so they can chase targets with their beams (which seemed to curve as they turned). They are also more useful than regular Gaster Blasters, as they have been seen being used for ramming and biting.Sans has also been shown firing energy balls from his Epic Blasters while he had them.As stated by Yugo, these balls can even be used as a sort of Rasengan. Additionally, when three blasters combine before firing, they combine into a beam that is much stronger and more concentrated, as opposed to firing only one, as demonstrated by Gaster. The destructive power of this blast is unknown, as we have not been shown its effects on the surrounding area, nor its scale.

Gaster has the ability to summon bones from the surface or thin air and stab, beat, or trap his enemies. Whether he could have used this before getting the eye or not is not stated, but given that he never put effort into it, he probably couldn't have done it during his fight with Sans.

Blue Magic Gaster possesses blue magic that allows the user to teleport or forcefully transfer souls using telekinesis. Gaster is capable of holding multiple targets simultaneously with a snap of his fingers. Whether or not Gaster can teleport his victims like Classic Sans in his final phase is not stated.

Thanks to his magical eye, he couldn't die. If you manage to kill him, he will always come back in an instant. Until the eye is removed, Gaster can't really die.

Using this, Gaster can use it to forcibly transform typical monsters into his servants: Gaster's Followers.
