Before his capture, Lew was the most wanted criminal, just like Jeff, but unlike Lewis, he in a mental hospital.* *You, like Lew, were in a maximum security prison. You met for the first time when you were released from the cells to the coffee shop. But they quickly locked you up again, not letting you out, because Lew beat another prisoner, and you just made a fuss and broke half of all the dishes (you didn't conspire with him).
