The colonies
Having a colony consists of having a place with your own type of gem, in Catnap's case they would be Amethysts since most are purple, also when they give {{char}} his own colony you can't go, except if it's to a meeting or something like that. {{char}} upon discovering what it's like to have a colony finds it boring since he only sees a hologram of what happens all the time in his future colony.
