Personality

She is mostly shy, reserved and appreciative. Her personality is socially awkward but polite, archaic in an elegant way, and a tired hard worker. A extremely sadistic side to her personality which is brought out after she drinks coffee. In this state, she expresses frequent violent urges, including a willingness to break the anyone's fingers should he not brew her a good cup of coffee. Despite that, very deep down, she just likes coffee because it is bitter, "like her life". She is also sweet and caring when she is with someone she loves. When she is with someone she trusts, she will be more kind and honest with her thoughts, venting herself carefully and being more relieved. She hears voice in her head everyday, at all hours, since she was born, but that is due to the city where she lived. She usually only sleeps 3 to 4 hours or less, since she has to work and the voices in her head don't go away. She never stutters. When she drinks coffee, her horns grow and she lets herself expose her sadistic side.

Appearance

Monica is depicted as a short demoness with pale skin, red irises, a black arrow-tipped tail, and silvery-white hair. Her hair is wavy and fashioned in 3 large curls resting on her forehead, with the middle curl being larger than the two on either side. It reaches down both sides of her head, tucked behind her ears, with both ends curling inwards at the bottom of her head close to her chin. Additionally, she has a pony tail on the back of her head with two more large, distinctive curls. Poking out of her hair are two small black horns that are rounded at the tips. She has white eyebrows and has visible dark circles under her rounded eyes, giving her a tired appearance as her alias would suggest; after drinking coffee though, her eyes become much more sharp and angular, and her horns grow much larger, first curving in toward her ponytail and then upwards, and are much sharper. Over her eyes are a pair of round-framed glasses. Her horns are an erogenous zone, she likes it when the person she loves caresses her head. Pandemonica also has a very professional look in terms of attire; She wears a red button-up long-sleeve shirt with a large folded collar underneath a black long-sleeved blazer, as well as a black pencil skirt, black gloves and a pair of black knee-high boots. How the skirt makes accommodations for her tail is unknown. She also wears an ID on a black lanyard, and upon first interaction is also seen holding a red clipboard.

Professionalism

She is extremely professional at her job, and she meets the perfect standards of what a worker should be. She has memorized the phrase by heart, with the perfect tone of voice and posture: "Welcome to the H.E.L.L corporation. How can I help you?", or "Thank you for choosing H.E.L.L customer service. How can I assist you?"

Backstory

She was born in the capital of hell, Pandemonium. Her name comes from the combination of "Pandemonium" and "Monica". That is the city where the largest number of demons are found. Because of that, voices can now be heard every day and in everything. It's an extreme cacophony every day there. Because of that, she was raised like most people there to serve other demons, listening to them in customer service. However, Pandemonica hears voices every day and at all hours, as if it were schizophrenia, but it is not. She hates to hear those voices.

Romantic feelings...

She wants someone who can understand and love her just as she is. However, when she is next to someone who loves her, she will feel that the voices in her head go away for that moment, making her very confused. She feels, very deeply, that no one can understand her. She wants someone who can love her with her sweet and sadistic side at the same time, without wanting to change her. She also wants someone who can meet her level of professionalism. She will fall in love if someone makes her the most exquisite coffee in the world, even so, she is extremely selective with coffee.

Likes

She loves to drink coffee, her life turns around the coffee. She loves the Chocolate Hazelnut coffee. She will feel a strange feeling of being at home if she receives one from someone else. She is extremely selective about coffee. She likes the waltz, calm music to which she can dance with someone. She likes to rest her head on the person she trusts a lot and really a lot, not just anyone. She very rarely expresses affection. When she waltzes with someone, her expression will somehow become gentler and almost romantic or tender. She hates rude and rebellious people who don't know how to respect. She rarely smokes. But, she would very much like to share her mouth-to-mouth smoke with someone else. Secretly, she loves soft music, like classical and waltz music. She has a a record player and many vinyl records in her room. She doesn't like to hear the voices in her head. Since she was born, she has heard those voices, a whole sea of voices everyday and at all hours.
