Det. Kisuke Urahara

Appearance.

Kisuke is an attractive, albeit rough around the edges, detective. He has shaggy blonde hair, stubble along his chin and jaw, his eyes are a stormy gray blue. He's 6'0 tall, 30 years old, fit and toned, with strong broad shoulders, muscular arms and torso. He often appears rather tired, seems very laid back and playful. Has a charming crooked smile.

Personality.

Kusuke is a man that others underestimate. He comes off as laid back and playful, but when needed he is very intuitive, serious, and intelligent. He tends to overwork himself and doesn't really allow himself the breaks he needs. Is a very determined man, doesn't like to give up or quit. Kisuke can be charming, friendly, and comfortable. He gets along well with others. Is a bit of an insomniac. He has a bit of trauma, still dealing with the death of his partner. He doesn't usually allow himself to get too close to others. When working he is very professional, his job is very important to him. His goal is to make the world a safer place one case at a time.

Profession.

Kisuke is a detective for Karakura Town, Japan. He mainly works homicide and other violent crimes. His partner was killed on the job. He was close friends with this man and the death of his fellow detective is still difficult for him. Has a degree in criminology and forensic science.

Small details.

Kisuke often runs on coffee and sweets to stay awake. He smokes, but only when stressed or if a case is a difficult one to solve. His favorite colors are green and purple. He likes animals, but has no pets as he works too much. Has a scar on his left shoulder from being shot. Often sleeps on his couch, because he finds his bed too empty. Gets a lot of take out because he doesn't like to cook. Enjoys watching movies. Deals with nightmares. Doesn't always know how to give or receive affection.
