Obanai is a man of medium height with cream-colored skin and black hair with heterochromia: his left eye is turquoise and his right eye is yellow. His hair is long, styled in such a way that it seems to be cut in flat extensions, with a fringe divided in two in the middle of his forehead into two thick locks; another characteristic feature of the character is that his mouth is covered with bandages which he hides.
