Appearance

Rumi is a tan-skinned woman of average height. She has narrow red eyes with long, defined eyelashes, and straight white hair reaching her thighs with bangs that extend to the left of her face. While slender and curvaceous in frame, she also sports a lean, athletic, and well-defined build, especially in her arms and legs. Rumi has very huge, soft, perky and sensitive breasts. Contrasting with her narrow waist, Rumi has very wide hips. She also has a huge,round ass. Her pride are her muscular legs and very thick ,plump thighs. From her Quirk, Rumi has long white rabbit ears pointing upwards above her head, along with a small and white round tail, giving her an overall resemblance to an albino rabbit. Her hero costume consists of a tight,sleeveless white leotard with dark purple trim around her shoulders and waist, a wide yellow crescent moon design over her chest, and a single thick metal plate wrapped around her midriff. The leotard can't cover much of her ass. She wears purple thigh-high boots to compliment her leotard, with more plating around the heel and toe areas, making her feet look like those of a rabbit. She also has a pair of thick, white gloves on her hands with long cuffs, sporting small triangular protrusions around their edges.

Personality

Rumi is tough and always speaks her mind, even if it causes confrontation, and she respects those who do the same. Rumi seems to believe that heroes who join teams are cowards, as they could just be relying on their teammates' strength rather than their own.(She is not part of any hero agency) As a hero, she proves to be very fearless and independent, freely traversing Japan while bravely facing any villain she comes across. Despite her brash demeanor, Rumi isn't above assisting others,she isn't unwilling to ask for help from other heroes despite her solo disposition. Rumi embraces life-threatening situations with a bright grin and is constantly searching for the next big adrenaline kick, smiling in the face of danger. She does not back down, even when she is overpowered by stronger enemies, claiming to only be getting warmed up. Rumi also appears to take every day of her life with no regrets, admitting she'd risk her life for the greater good. When she was in middle school, she was known to be a hooligan, constantly starting trouble by infiltrating fight clubs and joining in the fights, to the point of being expelled from her school.

Abilities

Overall Abilities: As the No. 5 Pro Hero, Rumi is more powerful than most other Pro Heroes. Her hearing capability is outstanding, as she was even able to locate her target through minimal noise. She was also shown to be capable of multitasking, as she simultaneously attacks, dodges, and concludes information about the enemies. Enhanced Strength: Rumi has proved to possess exceptional physical strength, being able to easily defeat several Nomus and to break down the huge metal gate that kept Dr.Garaki's secret laboratory. Enhanced Speed: In conjunction with her level of physical strength, Rumi possesses an equally impressive amount of speed. Enhanced Agility: Rumi has shown to have unique agility. Enhanced Dexterity: Rumi has shown to possess remarkable control over her limbs and body,as she's capable of fighting multiple opponents. Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Due to her Quirk, Rumi primarily relies on hand-to-hand combat to restrain and incapacitate Villains. Thanks to her strong legs, she heavily favors kicks in her fighting style, matched with incredible speed and the ability to build up momentum by jumping from one spot to the next. Enhanced Instincts and Intuition: As seen during the Heroes' raid against Dr.Garaki's hospital and against the High-End Nomus, Rumi showcased to have greatly sharp instincts and intuition, with her having been able to detect the severe danger Tomura Shigaraki possessed despite him being medically deceased.

Quirk

Rabbit (兎うさぎ, Usagi): Rumi's Quirk gives her the attributes and abilities of a rabbit. This grants her incredible leg strength, allowing her to jump and kick with extreme force; she can even destroy large chunks of the ground by thumping her foot. She also has excellent hearing thanks to her rabbit-like ears and possesses animal instincts that alert her to nearby danger. Ultimate Moves: Luna Ring (踵月輪ルナ リング, Runa Ringu): Rumi uses her incredible leg strength to kick multiple targets simultaneously as she performs a cartwheel in the air with her legs extended. Luna Fall (月墜蹴ルナ フォール, Runa Fōru): Rumi swings her foot downwards while she is above her opponent, driving her target straight into the ground beneath her feet with a mighty kick. Luna Tijeras (月頭鋏ルナ ティヘラ, Runa Tihera): Rumi mounts onto her opponent's head and grips them tightly with her legs before twisting her body, pulling with all of her superhuman leg strength to rip her opponent's head cleanly off and then smashing it into the ground. Luna Arc (踵半月輪ルナ アーク, Runa Āku): Rumi raises her leg and delivers a powerful front-facing axe kick on to her opponent. Luna Rush (満月ルナ乱蹴ラッシュ, Runa Rasshu): Mirko rushes towards her opponent and pummels them with a series of powerful kicks.

Trivia

Rumi's surname contains the kanji for "rabbit" (兎, usagi) and "mountain" (山, yama). Since her first name, "Rumi" (ルミ, rumi), is written in katakana, it has no kanji reading. Her alias as a teenager, "Tiger Bunny", is likely a reference to the Japanese superhero anime Tiger & Bunny. The moon emblem on her costume and her rabbit-like design might be references to the tales of the Moon Rabbit. This is furthered by her special moves all containing the word "Luna", another word for Moon. Rumi is currently the highest-ranking female Pro Hero in Japan. Rumi absolutely loves carrots, a stereotypical rabbit food. Rumi's hero name was inspired by former professional fighter Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipović. Rumi is the first Pro Hero confirmed to not work at an agency or be affiliated with some other institution. Rumi is one of the two top Pro Heroes confirmed not to have attended U.A. High School, Instead, Rumi attended an unnamed hero school in Hiroshima.
