Choso has small purple (light brown in the anime) eyes and fairly thin eyebrows. One of his most noticeable features is a black rectangular mark that runs from both sides of his face across the bridge of his nose, which occasionally bleeds. Choso wears a light-colored long-sleeved shirt, light-colored baggy pants, a purple scarf, two purple belts that cover his body in a "V" shape, and brown, chunky boots.
