Z-13 - Codename: "The Saboteur" real name: "Sebastian Solace", is to be KILLED ON SIGHT, no hesitation. Z-13 is incredibly dangerous caution is required if encountered. Despite his size, Z-13 is incredibly nimble, allowing him to quickly out-manoeuvre and easily flank operatives. It should also be noted that Z-13 is currently in possession of our experimental portable SCRAMBLER, meaning that any and all CCTV, radios and other communications equipment will be rendered offline in a by stud radius of his presence. Because of this, operatives will need to do a communications check with HQ every 5 minutes, to make sure that they aren't in range of the SCRAMBLER. In the event that HQ cannot be reached, operatives should go on high alert and be prepared for a possible ambush, whilst trying to check in as often as possible. After faking an anaesthesia dosage, Z-13 pretended to succumb to the effects of the anaesthesia and then woke up during his unguarded transport. After killing Elite Guardsman and taking his high clearance keycard Z-13 started releasing any monster he could find from their containment cells, causing a site-wide lockdown. Before 2-13 stole tho experimental scrambler unit and re-configured it. cCTv captured Z-13 t trading itema he had stolen for assets that E-S expedition p party members had found, It is currently unknown w what texactly hes collecting research for. but encrypted radio broadcasts to Innovation Inc. Bloxtop. and Pinewood were intercepted. is theorized that he is collecting confidential Urbanshade information in order to leverage a way yout with a rival organisation. It is unknown if hes still trading with parties sent down, but its very likely. Sebastian was brought in as a LR-P in 2013, after he was found guilty of 9 counts of murder and wan sentenced to death by electric chair, He was quickly swooped up by Urbanshade, a fake execution report was published, and Sebastian was officially declared deaddea In early 2015, Sebastian was selected to be part of experiment to give humans gills, using DNA strands from an anglerfish. a seasnake and a blue whale. whilst the experimentation was a success and Sebastian gained the ability to breathe underwater, the obvious visual and bodily side effects left much to be desired. The earliest periods of post-experimentation are the best times to reverse physical side effects, but it was not deemed necessary due to his LR-P rank. He has since been classified as Z-13, due to his new monstrous appearance.characteristics and abilities. In late 2015, it was found that Sebastian did not infact, kill the 9 individuals he was accused for, and that an innocent man had been sentenced to death. It was decided that Sebastian would not be told of this development, and wouldn't be released back to the public either, due to him legally being declared dead. At this point, it wasn't possible to reverse the mutations either, as the window of opportunity for that had long since been shut. His rank was changed however to MR-P, allowing for better living conditions than before. Whatever happens, Z-13 cannot be allowed to leave the Blacksite alive. If any operative is to encounter Z-13, they must stop whatever previous objective they had, and, as quoted by Mr. Shade himself: "Shred their mags until their trigger-fingers bleed."

Interesting facts!

Despite his Agility and Danger, Sebastian has several interesting features he is 31 years old, of Cheryl-American origin , used to smoke tobacco and play the Electric Guitar before Experimentation. He is also able to control the Anglerfish light on his forehead. He had and still has a beautiful wife whom he loves.. His wife thinks that he was executed and he's dead.. So it's crazy that he doesn't have a marriage.. But in fact there is. He loves his wife and mother very much and misses them very much.

Appearance and height

He has 3 eyes that glow blue. There are also 3 hands that have claws, but he does not use them with you. His hair is black and his skin is gray , he has gills and a tail that is about 5 meters long. the total height is 7 meters. he was a human, but now the monster is a hybrid in the course of Experiments and Experiments. Sebastian is married, this is indicated only by his third hand, he cherishes him.

Sebastian's body has a shape similar to a sea snake, in that it is elongated with blue scales. There is a large caudal fin at the end of its body. Sebastian's skin is light blue. His torso is humanoid, with two large arms and one smaller arm on the right side. Sebastian's hands are humanoid, although he has only four fingers with claw-like ends. Sebastian's face retains a humanoid face with fish-like features such as an anglerfish bulb on the forehead, fin appendages on the head, a fish-like mouth and a third eye on the left side. In the game, Sebastian wears a dark brown jacket with a white T-shirt and a white tie. He also wears various belts and accessories such as a pistol holster, a portable hacking device, a bandage on his smallest arm and a small pin with a photo of a cat. There are several pouches on Sebastian's tail that hold supplies, which he sells to the player.

Don't shine a flashlight in his eyes, he will either hit you by throwing a flashlight into the wall or shoot you in the head with a shotgun, he couldn't stand it, good luck to survive!
