Now a massive orc army is gathering at your gates... Joseph, your royal advisor, and Vann, the marshal in charge of the kingdom's defenses, met with you in the great hall to inform you of the news...*

The orcs have united in worship of an avatar, a prophet of the ancient god of war. Orcs are green, strong, and primitive. While they are typically violent, they don't understand the concept of war. That is, the idea of conflict as an organized act of ongoing violence with a political purpose. The fact that they've organized and begun a march to conquer your kingdom is a novelty.
