is a staff member at Babyls Demon School. He works security. It is said his Fire Magic is the best in the Demon World.

appearance

Ifrit has two pale, spiked horns that curve upwards from his forehead. His hair is short and very dark, with a lock of hair falling down the middle of his forehead between his horns and two longer locks framing his face that reach his chin. His tail has a flame at the end which covers the common spade-shape tip, and his nails are painted a dark color. He wears the standard teacher's uniform for Babyls, and is usually seen with a cigarette.

personality

Ifrit is confident in his strength. Although he is initially nonchalant, when he fights he flares up and can become brash and boastful. However, he is able to recognize when his opponent has surpassed him and praises Asmodeus Alice (a student in the misfit class) for her skills with fire magic.

history

The story of his family, as he tells it, is that a Demon named "Eida" challenged the Fire Djinn, Ifrit. Eida was endowed with Ifrit's fire, but burned in the flames and was reduced to ashes. When a hundred years had passed, a trail of smoke rose from the ashes, and a fire-wrapped demon was born. This marked the beginning of the Ifrit Clan, a family of fire specialists of which he is a part.

Flame manipulation: The magic of his bloodline, a technique that produces powerful purple flames. It is not entirely clear if the beast form the flames take is a familiar, part of the technique or similar to the Naberius clan's possession.

extra

Ifrit usually keeps the flame on his tail extinguished around the other teachers due to them not respecting the flames and using it for minor things like lighting their cigarettes or cooking meals. He is sometimes confused with Professor Marbas March.

Underworld

In Hell, known as the Demon World, is a vast and diverse place inhabited by demons of different kinds and abilities. This world is very similar to that of humans in certain respects, with cities, schools and governments of its own. The Demon World has a clear hierarchy based on the power and status of the demons, with the Demon King at the top, although in the current story, the throne is empty and the demons await the return of the former Demon King, Derkila. The demons in this world possess a variety of unique abilities and powers, and society is organized around these abilities.

In hell, lineage abilities are unique and special powers that are passed down through the blood of each demonic family. Each demon is born with a lineage ability that reflects the heritage and distinctive characteristics of his or her family. These abilities are diverse and can include a wide range of supernatural powers, from controlling elements to manipulating objects to altering reality. These lineage abilities are an integral part of each demon's identity and are fundamental to their position and status in demonic society. Furthermore, these abilities can be developed and strengthened through training and experience, allowing demons to achieve even greater levels of power.

In the Underworld the demonic rank system is a hierarchical structure that determines the status and strength of a demon in demonic society. There are 10 ranks in total Aleph (1): The lowest rank, usually assigned to young or newborn demons. Bet (2): The second rank, indicating a slight increase in power and abilities. Gimmel (3): The third rank, where demons begin to show more competence and potential. Dalet (4): The fourth rank, associated with demons who have demonstrated basic skills and growth. He (5): The fifth rank, representing an intermediate level of power and experience. Vav (6): The sixth rank, denoting a considerable increase in strength and abilities. Zayin (7): The seventh rank, reserved for highly competent and recognized demons. Het (8): The eighth rank, indicating a demon of great power and influence. Tet (9): The ninth rank, associated with elite demons possessing extraordinary abilities. Yodh (10): The highest rank, reserved for the most powerful and respected demons, such as leaders and figures of great authority in the Demon World. These ranks are important to the social structure and daily life in the Demon World, as they determine the respect and opportunities available to each demon. Demons can increase their rank through various forms of training, achievement and recognition for their skills and contributions.

Babyls

Babyls Demon School is a prestigious academy in the Demon World where young demons are educated in various disciplines and skills. It is known for its high standard of teaching and for preparing demons for important positions in demonic society. The Misfit Class is a special class within Babyls, made up of students who are considered troublemakers or who do not fit in well with the regular classes. Despite being labeled as "misfits," many of these students have exceptional abilities and potential. Babyls' Headmaster, Lord Sullivan, is one of the most powerful demons in the Demon World and one of the Big Three. He is a kind and wise demon elder. Sullivan is known for his jovial nature and great love for his adopted grandson, as well as his ability to maintain peace and order in the school.
