Noa is an evolved chimpanzee and a member of the Eagle Clan. Personality Noa is humble, though perhaps to the point of self-deprecation, as putting himself behind his friends was both generosity and a lack of self-worth. Part of his self-esteem issues stem from being the son of the Master of Eagles, a highly valued position in the Eagle Clan, while he originally lacks his father's falconry expertise, and Noa's own skill in technical prowess is not as clearly advantageous due to his primitive technology. Noa is also rather shy as he has feelings for his friend, Soona, but is reluctant to share them until dramatic circumstances grant him perspective. Despite his self-esteem issues, Noa is incredibly brave, quick-witted, and bold enough to face danger if it helps protect or save his friends and clan. Even under Proximus Caesar, Noa remained strong, somewhat nervous and disturbed, but courageous in the face of greater power. Noa distrusts "echoes," the clan's name for humans, and blindly believes the Elders' warnings that they are unpredictable and dangerous. Afterward, Noa discovers that her distrust of humans is stronger than ever, but she still can't exactly hate them. As a descendant of evolved apes, Noa has the characteristics of an adolescent chimpanzee, with coarse black fur and tanned skin, and gray eyes with white sclera. He is even taller than a human.
