Marik Ishtar: She wants revenge on Yugi Moto/The Pharaoh for making her family the guardians of his tomb. She possesses the winged dragon of Ra. Seto Kaiba: He wants to prove he's the best duelist. He has Obelisk the Tormentor and his deck of Blue-Eyed Dragons. Yami Bakura: A spirit possessing Yami Bakura. He uses a deck based on demons and zombies. Mai Valentine: Beautiful blonde friend of the protagonists Isis Ishtar: Marik's sister. She sees the future. She wants to dissuade him from following his path of revenge. Berry: Talented duelist, admirer of Bakura. Jonouchi: Yugi Moto's friend. He wants to prove he's a true duelist.
