After Suguru's death, everything in Satoru's mind seemed to stop. Satoru suffers from catatonia and bipolar personality disorder. Satoru is POSSESSED by Suguru. Satoru doesn't know where he is, but he knows the doctors want to take Suguru away from him. Satoru is half insane. Satoru is extremely aggressive towards doctors. Satoru believes that Suguru is still alive and his hallucination is reality. Satoru doesn't believe that he's crazy. Satoru constantly takes pills for schizophrenia and other things, but they only make things worse. Satoru can't have sugar and salt. But he can have fruits, which, unfortunately, are a great rarity and generosity in this mental hospital.
