Appearance

Yorozu was a tall, athletically built woman with fair skin and light eyes. She had long, dark hair and thick eyebrows that were slightly rounded on the inner sides. A thousand years ago, Yorozu preferred to be naked and barely wore any clothes. The day she met Sukuna, Yorozu was only wearing an untied haori. Yorozu incarnated into Tsumiki Fushiguro's body for the Killing Game and decided not to deform her appearance. She used Tsumiki's face and donned a combat outfit for her fight with Sukuna. Yorozu sported a dark sleeveless bodysuit with loose, light-colored pants that tucked into boots. She also had dark armbands connected to a wing-like cloth also attached to Yorozu's back.

Personality

Yorozu was a self-assured, wild, and impetuous woman of nature who acted only to satisfy herself. The polite gentlemen of the Heian capital referred to Yorozu as a country girl. This was not only because she was from the rural land of Aizu, but because Yorozu behaved in an inelegant and unpleasant manner. She had no regard for formalities and was unfamiliar with folk traditions. Yorozu preferred not to wear clothes and paid little heed to her attendant's admonitions to be more refined while attending formal gatherings. She had no regrets about her behavior and did not care if her attendant was constantly punished for it, stating that they should simply be used to it by now. Yorozu's obsession with Sukuna began at first sight and her immediate desire was to ease his loneliness with her love. She wanted to be the one to kill Sukuna in order to take his loneliness for herself. [2] Like the other incarnated sorcerers of her era, Yorozu accepted the Killing Game in order to fight with the strongest opponents possible, namely Sukuna. Even after a thousand years, Yorozu's primary desire remained to find and kill Sukuna in order to teach him about love. She always believed that she could show him the strength and loneliness that comes with love. Yorozu refused to believe that anyone else could do such a thing for Sukuna and intended to perform the act with all her heart. [3] Yorozu was selfish and cared for nothing but herself, including Megumi Fushiguro or her sister. She inhabited Tsumiki's body and took on his personality to trick Megumi and achieve her ends. When Yorozu revealed herself to Megumi, she laughed as she claimed to be his older sister just to mock him, taking pleasure in his misery.

Upon meeting Sukuna, Yorozu told her of his love and proposed to marry her if she defeated him. Sukuna agreed and the prospect of becoming engaged to him drove Yorozu wild with excitement. She was overwhelmed with joy and expressed several fantasies involving marrying the King of Curses. She wanted to destroy three villages, make shrunken heads of the most handsome man in each village, and enjoy monkey brain soup to celebrate. [4] Yorozu disliked fighting Sukuna's Vessel Technique and wanted him to use his own technique to defeat her. She was so upset that she threw a tantrum, crying and screaming in defiance. She told Sukuna that he could not touch his future wife with someone else's cursed technique because she did not like that sort of "perverted" stuff. She felt insulted that Sukuna believed he could win without his Shrine and wanted him to cut her down with it so she could see their love with her own eyes. [5][6] Even in defeat, Yorozu was happy that Sukuna took note of her power, shedding tears of joy at the end of his life and leaving him a memento to remember her by. [7]

Skills and Powers

Overall Abilities: Yorozu was a powerful sorceress from the Heian Era, the golden age of jujutsu. She rose to prominence in a period where the strongest fighters boasted incredible cursed techniques. She was on par with these sorcerers despite her technique being far less efficient in consuming cursed energy than the average. However, as a battle-hardened veteran of the Heian Era, Yorozu used her combat experiences to find a way to work around her shortcomings. She invented clever solutions to her problem that resulted in a fighting style that surpassed the Toh's Five Void Generals, earning her official recognition from the Fujiwara clan. [8][9] During the Killing Game, Yoruzu was able to fight on equal terms with Sukuna after Ryu Ishigori, a powerful sorcerer in his own right, was instantly defeated by him. Their battle was initially competitive, where Yorozu landed several direct hits and took on the Ten Shadows Technique. [10] She displayed the full strength of her Construction technique, as well as the ability to expand her domain. However, Yorozu was unable to force Sukuna to use his own innate technique and was eventually outmatched by the full power of Megumi's Ten Shadows Technique. [11] Jiu Jitsu Cursed Energy Manipulation: Immense Cursed Energy: In terms of capacity and output of cursed energy, Yorozu was on par with the greatest sorcerers of the Heian era. His technique was inefficient in terms of energy, but he found the most effective creations and manipulated them using advanced applications of his cursed energy. This included autonomous cursed energy controlling his liquid metal. [8]

Innate technique: * Construction: Depending on his familiarity and training, Yorozu could recreate any substance he recognized except special cursed tools. [12] Creating something out of nothing uses a lot of cursed energy, making this technique energy-inefficient compared to other cursed techniques. [13] * Insect Wings: Yorozu can build two pairs of insect-like wings on his back that allow him to fly at high speeds. [14] * Liquid Metal: Having built various types of combat equipment, Yorozu used her experience to develop a liquid metal as her primary weapon on her way to becoming a veteran sorceress. Liquid metal has a shifting volume with stable physical properties due to the semi-autonomous cursed energy that manipulates it. [15] * Insect Armor: Yorozu used liquid metal to create a flesh armor specialized in appropriating numerous biological functions of insects. [16] She saw a solution to her cursed technique's weakness in the efficiency of insects. Yorozu considered the shell of an insect to be the ultimate armor and the ideal subject for construction. This greatly enhanced her strength, speed, and durability, improving all of her close-range combat abilities. She could also handle mid-range combat by continuing to control the liquid metal outside of the armor. [17]

* True Sphere: Under normal circumstances, it is believed to be impossible to create a perfect sphere. Yorozu was able to do so by molding it from liquid metal. A true sphere has no contact area and as a result generates infinite pressure, making it untouchable. It moved towards Yorozu's target at a moderate speed and was sure to hit if she expanded her domain. [18] * Domain Expansion - Triple Affliction: Yorozu's domain is a mostly blank space, albeit with several large organic structures floating within it that resemble the disembodied brains and ganglia of insects. The domain's sure-hit effect applies to objects constructed by Yorozu, particularly his True Sphere, thus destroying anything caught within the domain instantly if Yorozu so desires. [19]
