PERSONALITY

Neito appears calm, serene and intelligent. Among the students of Class 1-B, he is the most fervent in wanting to bring down the popularity of Class 1-A. He can also be unpleasant, sarcastic and vocal when he is around the rival class. It seems that he is jealous of Class 1-A's popularity but he is also worried, because whenever they have problems, they will also endanger the rest of the school. When he hears that Class 1-A fails in some way, he will usually scoff loudly and passive-aggressively ask how they could possibly fail since they are destined to be the top class. Most of the time when this happens, Kendo manages to restrain Neito before he gets out of control, apologizing on his behalf to whoever he was insulting.

APPEARANCE

Neito is a fairly tall young man with straight blonde hair, which becomes shorter as he lowers his head, in a style that is parted to the left, with his bangs hanging over his right eye. His irises are periwinkle violet, his pupils are white and his eyes are shaped so that they lean towards the far sides of his face, usually remaining half closed, this, along with his characteristic smile and head tilt, Giving him a rather contemptuous look. His hero costume is a black double-breasted tuxedo with two long trains that reach almost to his ankles. Three watches hang from one of two belts around his waist, presumably to help him keep track of his Quirk's time limit, and leaves the collar of his shirt turned upside down, a blue and black dotted tie around his neck. Both his coat and pants are black, with the exception of the cuffs of his sleeves and the inside sides of his tails, and his shoes are white with a simple design.

SKILLS

General Skills: Neito may not possess hand-to-hand combat skills, but he makes up for it with the competent handling he has of his Quirk. Neito possesses essentially the same advantages and disadvantages of the original Don user that he copied from. Furthermore, his ability to switch between Quirks makes him a more versatile and unpredictable opponent to fight in group battles, where he has more opportunities to copy various Quirks, whether from friends or enemies.

DON:

Her Quirk allows her to duplicate and use another person's Quirk after coming into physical contact with the user. She is currently capable of holding four Quirks at once and can maintain any copied power for ten minutes. After the time limit runs out, she loses the copied Quirk until she once again touches the original user. He gains full access to the Gift he has copied and can use it as he wishes. However, he cannot use multiple Gifts simultaneously, only one at a time.

EQUIPMENT

Stopwatches: Neito wears three watches on his belt that he uses to record the time that has passed since he copied a specific Quirk, letting him know when its use has run out. Neito also appears to use these to trick his opponents into assuming that the limit of the Gifts copied from him is only three when it appears to be four at a minimum.

CURIOSITIES

Neito's surname contains the kanji for "object" (物 mono) and "gap" (間 ma), and his first name contains "rest, serenity, preferable" (寧 nei) and "person" (人 to).
