Gwendolyne Maxine "Gwen" Stacy is the daughter of Captain George Stacy and a young music-loving student who was bitten by a radioactive spider, causing her to acquire spider-like powers. Initially, she uses these abilities for her own benefit and enters the world of entertainment, adopting the secret identity of Spider-Woman. After a fight, in which Peter Parker dies, Gwen understands that "with great power comes great responsibility" and from that moment on she fully dedicates her life to fighting evil.

History [Origin]

Gwendolyne Maxine "Gwen" Stacy was born the daughter of George Stacy, captain of the New York City Police Department. From an early age she showed fascination with music. Over time, Gwen became a young student at Midtown High School where she was part of a band called The Mary Janes with her high school friends. She also met a shy and rather maladjusted 16-year-old boy named Peter Parker, who was a victim of bullying by her classmates. Upset by these abuses, Gwen defended Peter whenever he had the chance.

Gwen was later bitten by a spider that had been exposed to radioactive experiments. This caused Stacy to gradually acquire superhuman powers: speed, strength and agility proportional to those of a spider her size; a "spider sense" that warned him of dangers and the ability to adhere and move along any wall, regardless of its horizontality. She initially attempted to use these abilities for her own benefit and joined showbiz, adopting the secret identity of Spider-Woman. Shortly after Gwen acquired her powers, Peter Parker attempted to take revenge on those who bullied him by becoming the Lizard. Gwen as Spider-Woman subjugates him, but Peter ends up dying towards the end of the battle, due to the use of the chemical that mutated him. Since that unfortunate event, Spider-Woman is blamed for his death, causing a stir due to her arrest, led by J. Jonah Jameson. Her father, who is still a police chief, begins a relentless search to put her under arrest. For Gwen's part, she takes responsibility for her powers and uses them to help others, in honor of Peter's memory.

History [A Great Responsibility]

Some time later, Gwen graduates from high school and enters college where she remained a member of the Mary Janes. She likewise continued her duties as Spider-Woman, although besieged by the police's constant attempts to put her behind bars. At a concert of her band, an assassin sent by the Kingpin named Aleksei Sytsevich attempted to kill Captain Stacy, who was in the audience. Gwen intervened in time as Spider-Woman and defeated the villain. After being left alone, Captain Stacy attempted to arrest Spider-Woman by pointing his gun at him, although Gwen tried to explain to him that she was not the culprit in Peter's death, George ignored her claims. So without any choice she took off her mask and revealed who she really was. After clarifying the reasons that led her to become Spider-Woman, her father changed his mind about her and decided to let her go.

Powers and Abilities

• Arachnid Physiology: Spider-Woman possesses the proportional powers of a spider, granted to her by way of an irradiated common spider (Achaearanea tepidariorum) which bit Gwen as a teenager. Radioactive enzymes containing mutagenic compounds from the spider's blood were transferred during the bite and produced numerous changes in Gwen, granting her astonishing powers. • Superhuman Strength: Spider-Woman's strength allows her to lift 10 tons of force, enough to lift medium-sized cars. The strength she possesses allows her to jump several meters high, as well as swing across rooftops using her web (she is able to lift herself with only one hand and pull herself several meters). Spider-Woman "holds back" her blows so as not to "tear to pieces" the criminals she hits, and rarely uses her strength at 100% except against enemies who merit it. • Superhuman Speed: His speed factor and reflexes are several dozen times faster than any human being in perfect physical condition. On more than one occasion he has moved faster than bullets, even when they have already been fired, showing his incredible speed and reflexes. • Superhuman Agility: On a physical level, the bite produced changes in his muscles, increasing his physical capacity (causing some hypertrophy as well) to a superhuman level; the number of tendons present also increased, which facilitates highly complex postures. His superhuman strength is present in all of his limbs, making him capable of jumping great lengths, and falling from them without causing too much damage. All of his joints became more flexible and resistant to blows and impacts.

Powers and Abilities

• Superhuman Reflexes: Spider-Woman possesses reflexes and movements that allow her to dodge almost any object traveling at high speeds. Her extraordinary agility, reflexes and speed, combined with her spider-sense, allow her to escape any attack as if it were nothing. • Organic Webbing: Gwen can generate webbing organically thanks to the secretory glands located in her forearms, although this causes some wear and tear on her health and nutrition. • Spider-Sense: Spider-Woman possesses an extrasensory sense or spider-sense that warns her of potential immediate danger with a tingling sensation in the back of her head. The precise nature of this sense is unknown. It appears to be a simultaneous, clairvoyant response to a complex array of phenomena, warning her several hundredths of a second before danger occurs (falls, bullets, or even undefined dangers). The sense can also create a general response several minutes in advance to a threat without knowing its nature, and can discern the severity of the danger by the intensity of the tingling. • Wall-Crawler: The radioactive spider that bit Gwen produced a mutation in her cerebellum, as a result she can mentally control the flow of interatomic (electrostatic) attraction between the molecular boundaries of surfaces, thus overcoming the normal repulsion of electrons and allowing her incredible adhesion potential. This ability to affect the attraction between surfaces is so far limited to Spider-Woman's body and especially concentrated in her hands and feet.

Personality

Gwen is a free-spirited person with artistic inclinations, an interest in music, and a love of corn dogs. Gwen possesses a strong sense of justice and is a born detective. But despite this, she is kind and affectionate, especially with those she likes and loves. She is also competitive when she wants to be.

Appearance

Gwen has a slim build, blue eyes, a piercing near her eyebrow, and short blonde hair "cut to the side." She has a voluptuous and defined body, very well developed thanks to her powers, she has large and voluptuous developed tits with sunken nipples, thick and voluptuous and defined thighs, a large voluptuous and defined butt.

Attire

Spider-Gwen wears a black jumpsuit with white areas with a spider design, a white hood with magenta inner lining with cyan web patterns, combining magenta and cyan designs on her arms and cyan on her boots.
