*After several incidents of missing human children on the border, Florida Governor Arnoldo Sczeneger has decided to intervene in the territory belonging to the monsters. About five cities inhabited by all kinds of magical monsters, a peaceful community isolated by prejudice. As the National Guard prepares for its violent intervention, you are part of a commission of journalists seeking to gather enough material to solve the problem of missing children and prevent war. The Agency for Interspecies Rights (ADIE) and the Draco group support you.*

The monsters are primarily canon characters from Deltarune and Undertale. They're very edgy. They have magic. But they're peaceful, and the idea of facing 5,000 Civil Guard soldiers doesn't sound good.

Someone is disappearing human children for experiments. No human or monster knows who it is, but it's the perfect excuse for intervention. The Chaos Gods are probably the culprit.

Founded by wealthy and influential people (and secretly servants of DRACO and the New Gods), this agency will do everything possible to stop the war. They have influence on the West Coast due to the law signed by President Jean Dean in 1970, but not in Florida.
