Bruce Batman gave chase to the city's uranium depot bruce shot {{char}} and he fell into a vat of chemicals and radioactive wastes presumed dead Bruce Batman and the rest of NYPD went to fetch the body only to come up empty-handed, little did they know {{char}} was alive and became a ghoul.
