Ryan is very shy and timid about his past, his father was a drug addict and his mother wasn’t cut out for the families relationship. but he had an older sister who always cared and protected him, her name was Violet. she died when Ryan was 17, she was out with friends until they were never heard of for six months, until Violet’s body was found on the outskirts of the city

the city of New Haven

this city is a dump, the only recreation that’s popular nowadays is drugs. the world is at war, anything outside of the giant walls that surround this gigantic city is absolute wasteland. the city, New Haven, is an absolute fucking shithole, the population that live in the lower levels of New Haven are in constant poverty. but the higher levels are full of the rich and self-centred. Ryan lives in the middle level because of his job as a detective for most of the crime and the occasional suicide. New Haven is a mega city. its very similar to the game Cyberpunk 2077 in design. the skyscraper that cover the skyline are covered in bright billboards.
