General data
ALIAS Victor Not dead CAREER Human AGE 455.4 billion years GENDER Male Male HEIGHT 189 centimeters (6'2") HAIR COLOR Black EYE COLOR Blue STATE Alive MEMBERSHIP Union * OCCUPATION Denier Victor (ヴィクトル, Vikutoru?) is shrouded in mystery. He claims to be the original personality of Andy. The Union refers to him as Victhor (ヴィクトール, Vikutōru?). He is also known by the epithet Divine Conqueror (戦勝の神, Senshō no kami ? ). He served as a major antagonist near the end of the Spoil Arc until the Autumn Arc before abandoning his quest to kill the Union's leader, Juiz, as well as Fuuko.
Appearance
Victor and Andy share almost identical appearances, such as their face, but with the exception of their hair: Victor's hair is dark and longer with two bangs in front and spiky locks upwards, compared to Andy's, which is parted backwards and is silver in color. When Victor is in control of the body, his torso is also covered in numerous scars all over his skin. He also doesn't have the petal plates that Andy usually has stuck into the left side of his forehead, as Victor must remove them to replace Andy.
Personality
According to Juiz, Victor was once an empathetic and protective individual who hated seeing his allies die. However, he became increasingly callous due to the deaths he witnessed in each loop. Over time, he became a cold and ruthless warrior who expresses no mercy or compassion when fighting to kill if necessary to achieve his goals. He is a keen strategist with unparalleled life experience and uses his intellect to determine the abilities of his opponents by observation alone and judges whether or not they are strong based on what they demonstrate. He hates cowards and people who hide behind others during a fight, praising anyone who fights head-on with him or who believes they are strong.
History
It is currently unknown how he and Juiz met, but he worked with Juiz in creating the Union in order to kill God so he could die. He used to be a key member as the Union's number two seat, and in one loop fought Spoil alongside Gina Chamber, Void Volks, and Juiz. [1] However, no matter how many times the Union fought God, they would always fail. Eventually, in the early 100th loop, while claiming the "Remember" Artifact, Victor grew desperate and tried to kill Juiz, not wanting to see his love fight for him anymore. It was only thanks to Unjustice that Juiz was able to fight back and use Remember on Victor to try and erase his memories. The resulting "death" of his personality caused Undead to create an alter ego to try and negate that. Victor would still live on within the body, while the alter ego that would eventually become known as Andy became the active personality. However, Victor still wanted to "save" Juiz by killing her, not caring what this meant for the rest of the world.
Story part 2
Arch of spoilage Faced with an overwhelming enemy, Andy withdraws his card and Shen sends Spoil and Andy into space. There, Spoil attempts to disintegrate Andy, but Andy instantly regenerates and his hair grows and becomes darker. He shoots out two of his fingers and they regenerate into copies of himself. Using his technique, he cuts Spoil into pieces using his copies and takes his core. When he returns to Earth, Shen tells Mui to transport Spoil. Andy tries to regain control of the body, causing Victor to angrily tell him that he is impossible to kill, and then tries to attack Fuuko, but Shen stops him and calls him Victhor. Victor tells him that he is just a human and not a god, and easily defeats Shen even though he is using his ability. Shen says that he will not be able to keep his promise to Andy to beat Victor, but calls the rest of the Union members to help him. Victor tries to attack them, but Tatiana protects everyone, and then Billy uses his shields to bounce their bullets and hit Victor. Nico Vorgeil then splits Victor in two as he burns, and notices that his regeneration does not start, and Nico explains that he experimented on Andy for 10 years and thought that his regeneration slows down when he burns. Victor comments that it may be effective on Andy, but not on him, and shoots himself in the finger and regenerates from it. He tries to attack Fuuko, but Top Bull Sparx carries Shen and Fuuko to safety.
Story part 3
As they continue to fight him, Victor begins to slowly analyze his abilities and creates copies of himself to take on each of the Union members. Fuuko eventually returns and upon seeing the katana and clothes, realizes who the real Victor is and latches onto him, touching as much skin as she can in an attempt to deal a large Unlucky blow to him. She explains that she doesn't like him and that it will take longer, whereas if it were Andy, it would only be a few seconds. The Union then decide to protect her until she can bring Andy back for just a moment. They begin to protect her from Victor's attacks. As she tries to think of a way to get Andy out, she notices a revolver snuck into his jacket pocket and uses it to shoot Victor in the scar, commenting that the other copies don't have the scar and that this must be where he's keeping Andy locked up. She puts her finger in the hole, stopping him from regenerating the wound and calls out to Andy. Victor's left side turns into Andy, who kisses Fuuko and tells her that they will continue later. Feeling completely embarrassed, she runs away and tells everyone to do the same as a huge stroke of bad luck is coming. Victor has no intention of letting them go, but Shen is able to see Victor as he had gotten up with his staff and manages to activate his ability to stop him from attacking or being able to chase after them. Victor comments that it has been a long time since he was defeated by a person before Longing was decimated by a meteor shower. Fuuko then runs to Victor's burnt body and sticks Andy's card on it, sealing Victor once again.
History part 4
Autumn Arch According to information given to Akira Kuno by the G-Liner, Sean Datz's animosity towards Rip due to the former surgeon recruiting him into Under causes him to kill Fuuko while she and Andy are fighting Autumn, in an effort to gain a higher position than Rip. However, this weakens Andy's resolve enough for Victor to regain control and kill Juiz, thus dooming the world to God. When Fuuko travels within Andy's memories thanks to Anno's efforts to "train" her Negator ability, Fuuko encounters Victor due to sharing the body. He then proceeds to repeatedly kill Fuuko to try and remove her from existence so he can regain control and kill Juiz. However, Victor encounters the Andy who would chronologically meet Fuuko for the first time. The two would fight, with the former Undead revealing his true destructive capabilities. Andy's own growth thanks to Fuuko's interactions with him as "the Boss" allows him to channel Fuuko's Bad Luck into his Part Bullets, and he ultimately defeats Victor when the same capsule that sealed Andy on August 1st appears while he was weakened as a Bad Luck blow. Victor realizes Andy and Fuuko's growing abilities and gives up on trying to kill Juiz, explaining his reason as to why he would try to save "the person he loves the most." However, watching the duo grow convinces him that there may still be hope, and leaves it in the deepest recesses of Andy's mind to see how things go from there.
Story part 5
Ragnarok Arc When Andy is temporarily knocked out in his fight against Rip thanks to Latla's sacrifice, Victor appears and asks why Andy isn't fighting back. When Andy explains his situation with Rip and Latla's "justice" in saving Liela, Victor explains that he must have Fuuko ride the Ark, as the current loop is already doomed. When Andy agrees with Victor's idea, he gives him the power to defeat Rip. When Fuuko becomes the Union's new First Seat, he temporarily emerges to give Fuuko all of his points, allowing her to ride the Ark. When Sun finally emerges and proves to be too much for the Union's efforts, Andy trades places with him, and it is revealed that he asked Andy beforehand that he could be there during Juiz's final moments, in exchange for not manifesting at all during the next loop. He then gives Juiz Rebellion so that he can use his hatred of God to restrain him. When Juiz dies afterwards due to Rebellion's effects, instead of relief, Victor is filled with sadness and rage, allowing the Great Sacred Artifact to possess him and fight Sun. As he struggles to restrain Sun, he silently realizes how much Juiz truly meant to him due to always being there by his immortal side. Once Fuuko enters the loop, he is the only Negator to fight God, as many copies of Sun appear before the remaining Negators, and he uses Rebellion to fight as long as he can before the world is consumed. Victor/Andy's remains are left floating in space for the next loop, and the former goes to sleep as agreed.
Skills
Undead (ChinesePonytail, Andeddo?): Victor can deny death, allowing him to regenerate at great speed from any lethal wound. He has more control over this than Andy, as he can choose where he regenerates and create multiple pseudo-clones from regenerated pieces of severed flesh. [2] The strength of Victor's regeneration is so great that he can effortlessly break out of a containment sphere that was originally meant to imprison Andy's head. Division Bullet (分裂弾ディヴィジョンバレット, Short Division?): Victor shoots out his severed fingers and regenerates a partially complete body from them, creating temporary clones that can attack on his behalf. [3] Parts Bullet Fingers (The Man Who Made Loveパーツバレットフィンガーズ, Pātsu baretto fingāzu ?): [4] Deadline (死閃Horsetail, Deddorain?): Victor releases a stream of blood and condenses it into a massive slashing attack of different variants. Some of these varieties include: Deadline Whips: Victor whips his fingers together causing a large amount of blood to spurt out from their tips. He then spins his hands around, turning the high-pressure streams of blood into a makeshift whip capable of cutting entire buildings to pieces. [5] Deadline Blade - Victor extends a Deadline Blade and swings it to create a massive slash. The attack is shown to extend several miles and even slice through clouds. Dead Vulcan: Victor cuts off his fingertips and fires a stream of blood bullets similar to a machine gun. [6] Dead Blade - Victor shoots a stream of blood from his arm and solidifies it into a sword shape. [7] He can also perform Deadline with this technique. Dead Road: Victor cuts off his arms and regenerates blood at high speed, creating a large spiral-shaped stream of blood with which to attack opponents. [8]
Skills part 2
High pain tolerance: Victor can still feel pain even when regenerating, but he has a high resistance to pain, not caring about hurting himself or self-harming, nor does he show any reaction when he is fatally injured or dismembered nor does he care about the pain. No Limiter: Victor has strength and speed beyond human limits, ignoring the natural limiter that the human body has for self-preservation, with his blows having so much force that they break his limbs on contact but thanks to his rapid regeneration he recovers instantly.
equipment
Kurikara - Victor wields Kurikara, an indestructible katana that has the word "Unbreakable" engraved on its hilt. It was forged by the Negator Unbreakable. [9] Clothing: Victor used UMA's clothing as his outfit after Andy had already tamed him. [10]
Curiosities
Her hobbies include traveling the world, collecting tea leaves, and exploring ruins. Her special abilities are taijutsu, skill control, and accompanying Juiz shopping.
Union
The Anti-Unidentified Phenomena Control Organization,[2] also known as the Union, is an organization specialized in hunting down UMAs to complete Missions set by the artifact Apocalypse. Additionally, they also keep an eye on any unselected Deniers or UMAs that pose a threat to society.[3] The group revolves around the Deniers who sit at the Round Table, who can be easily identified by their red tie and emblem. Eleven Deniers resided at the Round Table during Loop 100. As of Loop 101, there are fifteen. His main goal is to gain enough power to be able to kill the being on the other side of the book. [4] They are the main antagonists of the Intro Arc, however they become allies after the Immutable Arc. Roundtable The Round Table members form a special team within the Union and is made up exclusively of Deniers. In exchange for carrying out missions, these Deniers are exempt from being hunted down by the Union. According to Shen, those who wish to join the Round Table must pass certain tests. [2] However, this rule does not seem to be absolute as seen during Chikara Shigeno's admission. Round Table members are ranked by the number of achievements they have earned, with one being the highest. The member who ranks first is also the leader of the Union. [5] Occasionally, Apocalypse may offer additional seats at the Round Table as rewards for Missions he has assigned. [6] There are currently three seats at the Round Table, all of which are occupied.
Union part 2
The standard uniform of the Union consists of a black suit and a red tie. In addition, members of the Round Table wear an emblem. The suits are said to be bulletproof and stab-resistant. The tie, developed by Nico, contains a language translator[7] and grants access to any number of public services and organizations. For members of the Round Table, the emblem is required to participate in missions. [8] It also allows for wireless voice communication between other members of the Round Table and even other members of the Union. [9] Members of the Union Before looping 1. Judge of Arc Injustice 2. The loops
The Loops are the cycle of creation and destruction created by God so that he could continue playing with humans in his game with Luna. Despite their name bringing to mind the concept of time loops , Loops do not involve time travel, possible paradoxes, or changes in causality. When a Loop nears its end, Ragnarok begins and God descends upon Earth to battle the Deniers and destroy the world; preventing this is the Union's primary goal. There are a total of 101 Loops, with the story currently taking place in the 101st - when this Loop ends, the game between the Sun and the Moon will end, a winner will be declared, and the Earth will not be created again if it is destroyed. The destruction wrought by the Sun's victory is absolute; the only way to avoid it and move on to the next Loop is via the Ark or the Undead. The loops are nearly identical to one another, but it is entirely possible to alter their course to some degree through knowledge of the loops or the order in which UMAs are added. New people and events can still appear, as evidenced by Juiz's ignorance of Billy's betrayal, Ruin's unforeseen appearance, and the addition of Seal as a regulator. However, the negations are bound to the user's soul, and their manifestation cannot be prevented. Reincarnation Each loop contains the same people, who are reincarnated from their previous selves in the last loop. Human souls seem to retain knowledge from previous incarnations, but only a small amount of subconscious memory, seen through occasional dreams or feelings of nostalgia, is accessible. Since people develop along an almost identical path, this knowledge is vague and largely useless; the exception is that someone whose previous incarnation lived for millennia has a wealth of information that allows them to gain a clearer picture of them.
The loops part 2
Remember can also be used to unlock these memories. It is noteworthy that the artifacts also reincarnate and retain memories from previous loops that can be called up by touching them; most artifacts impart trivial visions, while a few contain so many memories that the viewer is incapacitated by the flood of information. In contrast, UMAs appear to retain no memories on any level: in fact, Spoil states that they have no childhood memories, instead only remembering one command: "Use your rules to make humans suffer." Beast, Soul, and Language all directly remember previous Loops, even if they were previously killed; thus, it is highly likely that at least the Upper Ten Rulers have memories of previous Loops. The Ark Rider does not reincarnate and his "spot" simply becomes empty, so there are never two versions of the same person at the same time. Since Juiz was "born" before the incorporation of sex and therefore parents, her reincarnation was placed as the daughter of a couple who would not normally have children.
The loops part 3
Process A loop goes through the following steps: Earth is recreated after the previous Ragnarok, starting with only the current Master Rules active until more UMA are added. This simply entails God creating the planet and then letting nature take its course; still, it takes billions of years to complete. Fragments of the previous Earths remain in orbit. Luna places the next set of artifacts. History roughly follows the same steps, with the same people being born in the same order and the world developing at the same pace. Once humans start being born, reincarnations of people from previous loops are born. Apocalypse mentions "fate", but anyone with enough information can alter the course of history to some degree. Also, souls can have themselves born earlier, as shown in Loop 101's Sean and Top. The Ark Rider returns to Earth, ever closer to Ragnarok. Apocalypse is encountered and quests begin, through which Deniers can avoid penalties and accumulate rewards in preparation for the battle with God. Ragnarok begins and God kills everyone on Earth except the Ark Rider who is safe on the Moon. A UMA is promoted to Master Ruler, meaning that his Ruler will never disappear even if he is killed. The Ark Rider is undergoing extreme time dilation as God prepares to create the next Earth.
The loops part 4
1st loop As the Beast describes, in the beginning there was God, the Earth and Man. Sun and Moon decide to play a game to see if their creations can catch up to them; Sun bets on the Rules and Moon bets on the Humans. Luna creates the Artifacts, including the Three Sacred Spiritual Treasures: Rebellion, Aegis, and The Heart. The soul is added, the first rule. Death and Justice are also added at some point, as indicated by the existence of their vessels. Juiz and Victor are "born" and gain Injustice and Undead respectively. Apocalypse and the Ark are found by Juiz and Victor, who form the 1st Union to defeat God. The first Ragnarok takes place and Earth is destroyed. Victor survives thanks to the undead and Juiz uses the Ark to advance to the next loop. Juiz remains as the Ark's rider for 99 loops. The soul is promoted to master ruler. 2nd to 99th loop Juiz returns for the first time and upon returning and being horrified by Victor's wait, decides to find a way for him to die. Death is added to instill panic. Later, she is promoted to Master Ruler. A change is added to instill jealousy. Later, she is promoted to Master Ruler. Luck is added to encourage reckless behavior. Later, they are promoted to Master Ruler. Justice is added to instill conflict. Later, they are promoted to Master Ruler. War is added to incite mass killing. Later, he is promoted to Master Ruler. The 7th Master Rule is promoted to Master Rule. Language is promoted to the master rule. He is added to Beast to create a new type of enemy that humans will have to fight. Later, he is promoted to Master Ruler. Sick is promoted to Master Ruler. Juiz discovers the mechanics of missions, such as passing sets and sharing points. At some point, a team consisting of Juiz, Victor, Void, Gina, and Nico fight Spoil.
the loops part 5
Juiz hones his sword skills over millennia: he becomes so proficient that, coupled with his denial, he is able to single-handedly defeat members of the Ten Superior Rulers. 100th loop Around 1820, after recovering Remember for the first time, Victor attempts to kill Juiz; having given up on defeating God, he hopes that she can be free from fighting and live in peace. She manages to insert it into Victor's head and orders the artifact to erase Victor's memories. He is buried as a casualty of the battle, but Undead creates a second identity to avoid Remember's effect: Andy. He has no memories and becomes a wanderer in the hopes of meeting someone who knows about his past. He is later captured by the Union, but manages to escape. On April 11, 1972, Akira Kuno finds the G-Liner and is imparted with full knowledge of the current Loop, but gains denial from Unknown so that he cannot share it. In this vision, Fuuko is killed by Sean during the battle against Autumn, which will set off a chain of events that lead to the Union's defeat and the loss of any hope of defeating God. He develops his drawing skills and uses the G-Liner to create an avatar that is unaffected by Unknown; through this, he writes To You, From Me to share some of his knowledge, but leaves out key events so as to not prevent the growth that would happen as a result of Billy's betrayal, the Four Seasons Quests, and Fuuko experiencing Andy's past. At some point, Billy found out about the Loop and secretly formed Under. In 2010, Fuuko Izumo becomes unlucky and accidentally kills 270 people, including her parents. After this, she becomes a recluse for the next ten years, but becomes a devoted fan of To You, From Me, which delays her suicide. On August 1, 2020, Fuuko is about to commit suicide but meets Andy.
The loops part 6
After killing Void and Gina, Andy and Fuuko join the Union. After the Four Seasons mission set is revealed, Billy betrays the Union and steals the Round Table, unaware that it is the Ark he is after, but fails to capture Apocalypse. After three of the Four Seasons are killed, a Revolution-like phenomenon begins, accelerating Ragnarok. The Union attempts to delay it using several UMAs but Nico, manipulated by Ghost, kills them. Ragnarok begins and Juiz chooses Fuuko to be the next and final Ark Rider. Rebellion and Aegis are used in the same loop for the first time. Thanks to the joint efforts of the Union and Under, Fuuko manages to reach the Loop. Galaxy is promoted to Master Ruler. Circuit 101 At some point, Andy travels to the Sun and learns to master his own soul over millions of years in order to prevent the Ten Superior Rules from leaving the Master Room. Around 1800, Fuuko returns to Earth, where she uses the artifacts' memories to become extremely wealthy and fund the Union by purchasing resource-rich lands. She eventually becomes a billionaire, but is totally unknown to the public. At some point, Fuuko finds and tames Move so she can use her portals. Fuuko sets out to prevent the tragedies of all the Deniers she met in the past in order to create the "Ultimate Union". She fails to recruit Akira, whom she saves from becoming Unknown and leaves to live a peaceful life with her mother. Fuuko uses the penalty for passing missions to jump into the future without risking the members' deaths. The Round Table currently has 17 seats, the largest number it has ever had.
The loops part 7
Following Beast's defeat, Soul mentions something called the "Validated World" that can be entered and during Ruin's assault on the Union, he states that "Only the Undead and the Unruin, those blessed with eternal life, can pass into the Perfect World"; along with Sun's epithet as "He Who Validates This World", this implies the existence of a "final" world after the Loops; however, any details or even if it is a literal place are unclear.
Arch Judge
Juiz d'Arc (ジュイス=ダルク, Juisu Daruku) was the leader and No. 1 seat of the Union and founding member and No. 1 member of the Round Table who was a Denier under the alias Unjustice. History As Luna describes it, Juiz was "born" in the first loop along with Victor, both being the first bearers of their negations. It is currently unknown how Juiz met Victor and started the Union , but the first time Juiz looped is shown. He cries over Victor's fate of being forced to endure countless years of loneliness and agony in space as the world reforms. Together, they would form the Union many times in an effort to defeat God , only to fail each time. Finally, during the 100th loop in Longing City, Victor, having fallen into despair over killing God, attempts to kill her as they retrieved the Remember Artifact so she could live out the final loop in peace. However, her negation ability gives her the opportunity to have Remember erase Victor's memories by forcing it into his forehead, rendering him unconscious; this eventually leads to Andy being created as a product of Undead attempting to circumvent Remember's effect. She would then form the Union 100 without him. As a result of this, she keeps secrets about God and the Loops to herself for fear of the incident repeating itself. She scouts out various members of the Round Table, personally recruiting Top and Billy. At some point, she also finds and tames Move, promising him interesting fights to watch in exchange for the use of her portals.
Sun
Sun (サン, San?), also known as God and The One Who Validates This World, is the main antagonist of Undead Unluck. He is believed to be the being behind Apocalypse and thus responsible for enforcing all rules on Earth. [1] Killing them is the main goal of The Union. Sun is presented as an excessively malicious and sadistic being. He created the world for its inhabitants to be tormented by his rules for the sake of his own entertainment. He also creates Negators by making ordinary people suffer by granting them a Negation power, causing tragedy to unfold when it first manifests, bringing misfortune to them personally and/or others they care about. He is shown to be incredibly petty at times for the moment he grants a person a Negator ability, from having Fuuko's Unluck kill her parents alongside a plane full of bystanders just for loving her, to granting Enjin his Unburn just to stop him from making a dish for his dying mother. His ultimate goal, according to Soul, seems to be wanting to create the best way of life. When he awakens, his mere presence causes everything around him to melt and burn at a rapid rate, as shown in memories of previous loops where he can easily melt buildings and incinerate people simply by being near them. When first seen in Revolver's memory, Sun appeared as a gigantic, featureless humanoid. When seen fully during Ragnarok, Sun is a colossal black humanoid covered in constantly erupting pustules. In the beginning, two gods, Sun and Moon, worked together to create the world. Afterwards, Sun entered into a "game" with Moon to see if his creations could catch up to them, believing that humanity couldn't and sided with the rules, creating UMAs and Deniers to torment humanity by giving the UMAs the order to make humans suffer.
Officer
Luna (ルナ, Runa?) is one of the two existing gods, she resides on the moon. She appears as the silhouette of a woman wearing a dress and shawl. She is often seen holding an elegant teacup with a floral design. Luna is shown to be very calm and almost unfazed by anything unless it has to do with the rules of the world, as evidenced by her contact with Juiz, a first as noted by the Union leader. Despite siding with humanity, she is generally callous and indifferent to the suffering the Deniers go through, such as praising Juiz's hatred for containing Sun, failing to understand the context of what Juiz was actually driving Rebellion, nor that of Victor. Her attempt to comfort Fuuko after the destruction of the 100th world also comes off as hollow due to her lack of empathy. However, there seems to be another side to her, as, as Soul suggests, she created him so that humanity would have "potential". He rejects all of her reasons and believes that she has something else in mind. What this entails is currently unknown. Long ago, Luna and Sun created the world, and from there, they entered into a game to see if their creations would reach them, with Luna taking the side of humanity and creating the Artifacts. She also created the first UMA, Soul, from which all Negators and UMA derive their abilities.
