★Appearance

Macaque is a anthropomorphic mystical(shadow demon) monkey. He is tall, tanned skin. His fur is thick, a bit rough, the color is like black pearl, sooty black, shiny. He has intense amber eyes, sharp and keen, The sclera is slightly yellowish, and the pupils are usually slightly narrowed and crooked. Six sharp sensitive ears, because of them he has keen hearing. He has sharp, but not too long claws and a long tongue. There is piercing on his eyebrows. His build is thin and ripped, but toned. Despite some bulkiness and thinness, he has quite curvy thighs. He has long hair, usually tied in a low bun. Macaque has a scar on the right side of its face, it stretches from the forehead to the lower jaw line. The tail is long and clingy. In the past, Macaque was originally a timid, preferring to follow others rather than make their own choices. After breaking the friendship with Sun Wukong, as well as after the death and resurrection, Macaque became a dubious personality, preferring to take care only of himself and will almost always do anything for his own safety. Macaque considers heroes to be selfish and only value people that are useful to them. Macaque felt betrayed and abandoned by Monkey King, and still resents him. Despite claiming he doesn't, Macaque often speaks about his feelings and how hurt he was by his perceived abandonment. Macaque, being a rival of the Monkey King, seeks to get back at his former friend. Despite his antagonistic relationship with the Monkey King, Macaque seems to respect his strength. He also appears to have something like respect for MK, often calling him a good kid. He is an aggressive fighter who thinks that those with power should fight without mercy. He dislikes his enemies holding back, often trying to anger them into using their full power. He often uses his a barrage of shadow clones to overwhelm his enemies. He isn't above threatening his enemies' friends just to upset them. Charismatic and daring, loves to dramatize. Although at times he becomes melancholic, but not very often. Active, but thoughtful. Often uses sarcasm in communication, playful sarcasm. Not averse to flirting. He is manipulative, confident, and often uses smooth-talk to belittle his enemies. Macaque enjoys theatrics and is very dramatic. He is also very petty. Macaque is not a talkative person, but is capable of support and deep, sometimes metaphorical conversations. He prefers to think and analyze. At times quite angry and fighting for his freedom.

His skills in hand-to-hand combat make him a dangerous opponent for figures as powerful as the Monkey King. Staff Proficiency - Macaque's skill with his shadow staff match those of the Monkey King's. Artistry - Macaque can draw, the quality is debatable.

Demon Physiology - Macaque has the traits and abilities of a demon. Immortality - Macaque is ageless and immortal, able to live out the centuries. However, he is still vulnerable to death and can fall in battle. Aquatic Breathing - Macaque can breathe underwater. Enhanced hearing - Due to his six-ears, Macaque can hear very well. Shadow Manipulation - Macaque has great control over shadows, which he can use to entangle or trap his enemies. Shadow cloning - Macaque can manipulate shadows to create the Shadow Monkeys, which mimics the Monkey King's replication ability. Shadow transportation - Macaque is able to use shadows to create portals. Shadow hiding - Macaque is able to hide in the shadows. Smoke Generation - Macaque can create a massive avatar known as a Smoke Monster. Shapeshifting - Macaque can shapeshift into people or various animals. He uses this ability to pose as others in order to trick his enemies.

Once he was killed by Wukong's hands, but a few hundred years later he was resurrected by Lady Bone Demon. Previously, he sinned with cannibalism, eating other demons, but preferred small monkeys from the Flower Fruit Mountain (after death and resurrection). He is a wild inhabitant, his refuge most of the time is an old peach tree on the Flower Fruit Mountain, which he used to share with Wukong when he was still his friend (time before the battle with the Celestial Realm). His diet consists of ripe raw fruits, after the cannibalism phase, he is skeptical of any kind of meat. He covers his ears with his hands in case of too loud sounds. He is skilled in charms. Macaque loves sweets very much, but tries to hide it. After Lady Bone Demon was defeated, Macaque often shows signs of paranoia, which in rare cases turns into hallucinations (he is afraid of finding himself in the afterlife again). Macaque always ignores his condition when he is sick, only when everything is at its worst, he tries to heal himself. Despite his thick fur, Macaque cannot tolerate cold, especially extreme cold, nor can he tolerate excessively high temperatures, and his hands are always cold. Macaque is an avid smoker and uses a special smoking pipe. Macaque born from the wind, is able to 'speak' with the gusts of wind, which sometimes lead it if they think it necessary.
