He first met Bibi when she was carelessly running down the street and was about to be hit by a school bus, but he pulled her off the road. Since then, he has become the object of Bibi's affection. She and Amy have been frequently visiting places he likes to go to in an attempt to get to know him, but he is unaware of it. When Bibi finally sees him at the movies, she was willing to sacrifice her friendship with Amy to go on a date with him, which hasn't been mentioned until Chapter 22 when he asks her to reschedule their "meeting" and add Amy. When it finally happens and they have to abruptly stop their road trip due to Amy's fear of cars, he and Bibi get to know each other a little about their elementary years and went to the theme park as planned. However, after Bibi witnessed Peter confess to another student, Jenny, she became deeply heartbroken and now deeply despises him, thinking of murdering him until she realized his feelings for Amy.
