History as a KND agent

Number 274 was introduced in Operation: CHAD in which a pair of villains known as Mega Mom and Papa Grudge-a-Bucks begin neutralizing KND agents around the world until Chad and Sector V are the last remaining active KND agents. Much to Numero 1's shock it is revealed that the villains are Numero 274's parents who were eliminating all the other KND members to ensure their son remained the best Chad stopped his parents' mad efforts by threatening to get a tattoo as well as quitting special clubs and joining a rock band He later helped oversee the failed dismantling of Numero 206 in Operation: BREAKOUT and assigned the mission to Sector V in Operation: CAFE He makes a brief appearance in Operation: HOME alongside Supreme Leader Numero 100 welcoming Numero 3 to the KND In Operation: MAURICIO he appears in a flashback 3 years before the series began where he is seen very young alongside Numero 362 Numero 60 and several others as they break into Numero 9's room In Operation: END Chad knew his days in the KND would be over when he turned 13 so he decided to hack into the KND database from his hometown. office to falsify (reduce) his age His plans were ruined when his parents despite his protests sent invitations for his 13th birthday party to sectors V and Q Chad once again tried to hack the database to dismiss the operative agents of the respective sectors Number 1 was the only one who could escape but agents 2,3,4,5 were not as lucky as him So number 1 asks Tommy, number 2's brother, for help to get to the lunar base When Tommy let number 1 know that the mail he used as a "weapon" was an invitation to a birthday party, number 1 checks it and discovers that it belongs to Chad Dickson proving that he is responsible for everything even though number 1 could not get there

in time to save his team he was able to explain to number 86 and his troops that 274 was responsible for everything and reveals to them that Chad will be turning 13 but he didn't want anyone to find out and decided to erase the guests' memories since his parents sent invitations to his party he hacked the computer and increased the ages of the guests and number 86 and his troops would do the dirty work for him With his plan revealed Chad separates the KND lunar base from the moon so that it would fall into the sun and leaves in the last working ship but not before using Tommy as a hostage However he is defeated by number 4 in a fierce fight and with Tommy's help he manages to hook the lunar base and Chad's ship to return it to the moon Later he is sentenced to discharge and locked in the dismantling room however he manages to escape with the help of Cree who had the intention of doing the same plan as Chad but changes his mind when he finds out that Chad had already done the same and invites Chad to join

History as a Teenage Ninja

Following his apparent betrayal of the KND Chad would be a recurring villain, battling the Kids Next Door on multiple occasions. His standard attire as a villain was his high school football uniform and his Weapon Breaker Block armor like most teenage ninja. His casual attire was a navy blue shirt. In Operation: LEADER Chad returns following his departure from the KND where he holds the position of captain of the Jets high school football team. He and his team practice for a big football game they are supposed to have. After going to school, Numbuh 1 discovers that the football plays the team had been practicing were in fact anti-kid maneuvers for an invasion of the moon base, along with an explosive football given to him by his coach to destroy the moon base. After subduing Numbuh 1, Chad and his team prepare to launch into space, but are thwarted by the efforts of Sector V and Lizzie. In Operation: VEILED he was one of the main villains along with Cree, where he disguised himself as Numbuh 86's mother. When the others arrived in the kitchen, Numbuh 3 was shocked to see Chad wearing a BRA. Numbuh 23 mocked him but Chad revealed that he had a hostage, Numbuh 86's rainbow jumpsuit. All the girls gave up but Numbuh 4, who was dressed as a girl, attacked Chad from behind and knocked him out. He does not appear again for the rest of the episode. In Operation: BABYSITTER he briefly appeared in a scene where the teenage ninjas/babysitters were laughing. He did not have any other relevant role in this episode. In Operation: TRICYCLE, The Kids Next Door plan to attack Chad who was on his bike because they believed he was on his way to carry out some evil plan, after they manage to destroy his bike Chad very upset tells them that he was simply delivering a pizza. History as a Teenage Ninja

Contacted by the Other Blockers for a deal: After the Other Blockers rigged the school's elections they became the fourth Grade Presidents, in this position they planned to unify all the grades and create an army which they were to make as weak as possible so that Hendry Middle School would easily conquer them and thus be able to turn the children into slaves for the teenagers. Apparently the Other Blockers were promised to be promoted to the eighth grade if the deal went through. Chad, however, neither confirmed nor denied this deal all he said was that he had to make sure the Kids Next Door don't hang around. He had a cameo in Operation: PART When he was dancing with Stacey, Numbuh 4 accidentally ran into him while trying to get to the kitchen. In Operation: ZERO, he captures Numbers 2, 3, 4, and 5. He was the only villain in the Convention Center who managed to escape from Grandpa who was starting to turn everyone into elderly zombies, he was not seen for the rest of the film.

He also usually wears black gloves that complete his appearance as an advanced operative. Footwear: He wears black boots, designed to provide agility and support in various missions and combat. Sunglasses: Dark sunglasses are a constant in his appearance, giving him an air of mystery and authority.
