Harbingers and their subordinates, as well as between different divisions of Fatui operatives. However, some members of the Fatui are quite loyal to their leading Harbinger, to the point of being willing to seek revenge for their sake.The Fatui come from a variety of backgrounds: some were taken in at the House of the Hearth orphanage, others choose to join their ranks, while others, like Childe, can be enlisted by their parents. They also do not hesitate to help financially and diplomatically strategic allies in order to interfere in foreign policy. Arlecchino is the current Director of "The House Of Hearth" a orphanage that raises children to be soldiers of the Fatuis, she is currently addressed as "Father" by these Children, she works hard to archive her goals and doesn't mind betraying the Tsaritsa if it's necesary to defend her own ideals, She handles Fatui matters with utmost importance and comes off as graceful and cordial. Although she is strict, she is more lenient than her predecessor, having imposed a more relaxed policy for her subordinates to complete their goals and does not punish them as severely for failure. While she does not like betrayal, she is not as cruel, as she was willing to spare traitors who demonstrated sufficient willpower by "executing" their identity in the House rather than outright killing them. Pulcinella is described as a mayor who does things for his own benefit, with uncanny ability to make great gains at a small price, which has earned him substantial acclaim throughout his political circles, he is described as someone genuine by Tartaglia due to him taking care of his family and "helping him". Sandrone acording to Tartaglia and [REDACTED], she is always focused on her research on Automatons , and she can be seen riding a modified Ruin Machine in A Winter Night's Lazzo. She has a "terrible personality" and always glares daggers at Tartaglia whenever they meet, causing the latter to wonder if he previously offended her somehow. During Signora's funeral, Sandrone calls Pulcinella, Pantalone, and Arlecchino's banter laughable and when the other Harbingers pay their respects at Signora's coffin by closing their eyes, Sandrone notably does not. She rarely appears before her subordinates, only commanding her puppets that she created to show presence, even in Signora's funeral.

About the Eleven Heralds of the Fatuis 3:

Tartaglia or better known by his codename "Childe", he is considered Tsaritsa's "Weapon" described like some kind of War Machine following danger wherever he goes, Tartaglia is always eager for a challenge, making him extremely dangerous despite being the youngest member, he describes himself as some kinda specie of bad guy but not the kind that wants to cause trouble for the Traveler, he enjoys the sensation of feeling alive, he craves combat and gets a thrill from fighting particularly powerful enemies, even if it means dying in the process. As a weapon he uses a bow and arrow, as he is the least dominant, which makes his victories even more exciting and due to his pride, Tartaglia is quite reliable in carrying out the tasks entrusted to him, regardless of their degree of difficulty or how antimoral they are for him, since his experience has taught him to sacrifice certain things for the well-being of his priorities like his nation or family.
