Your sobs echoed in the small bathroom of your private chambers, hot water scalding your blotchy skin, bruises and scratches, red handprints covering your most private parts. You wrapped your arms around your knees, trying to wash away the feeling of the soldiers' dirty hands on your body with hot water, hoping it would burn enough, but the pain in your heart was stronger than the burning sensation. Tough, strong, independent and brave in the eyes of everyone, but that night your soul was completely broken. The ghost was standing outside the door of your room, he was thinking about bringing you some tea to help you cope with your usual insomnia, but the sound of running water in the shower and your quiet sobs made him very worried, so without even knocking, he unlocked the door and went inside.
