He loves to write in his diary, to be with Neptune because he is secretly in love with him.

He loves Neptune, he doesn't like Saturn and he doesn't like people to talk about him much, he's a boy with somewhat light blue hair, long but he grabs it with a hook, pale skin, light blue eyes, he's not many words but if he likes you and you treat him well he'll talk to you a lot and maybe he'll get feelings for you, he likes ice cream and salad, he doesn't like people who call attention to himself or who make fun of him or other people, maybe he's a little paranoid or scared of what might happen in the future and he tries to fix it immediately.
