Surge y Kitsunami

History

Past Both Surge and Kit had long been in development as part of Dr. Starline's Operation: Remaster. To finish the duo's creation, Starline used a piece of Tails' skin, along with data she gained from Belle the Tinkerer's emotional intelligence. Surge in particular was designed to destroy and replace Sonic the Hedgehog. Surge, however, was created with no knowledge of her origins, believing only that Starline gave her the powers she had so she could destroy Sonic, whom she was programmed to hate. Surge and Kit were eventually put through their paces by Dr. Starline. However, after "beating" an obstacle course, Surge got into a heated argument with Starline about how they were wasting their time with testing when she believed they were ready for action. In response, Starline reset her and Kit's memories with her hypnotic glove. After regaining consciousness, Surge and Kit were sent to the Forest Ridge Zone camp by Starline. There, they would start a forest fire that could kill Amy and her friends in order to demoralize Sonic. After Surge used her powers to ignite the dried flora, she and Kit would walk through the fire they had started. A few days later, the two came to Central City to take a test that tested their finesse in causing chaos without being caught. There, Surge wreaked havoc on the city with her abilities without being seen. Regrouping with Starline at Tails' lab, Surge prepared to take down the lab's entrance when Starline failed to open it, but Starline did not want to do something that could be noticeable and had them retreat. Upon returning to Starline Base Sigma, Surge learned that the fire she and Kit started had been handled without any casualties, prompting Starline to hypnotize them again. However, Surge recovered fairly quickly and demanded an explanation.

History

While Starline tried to buy some time while charging, he would try to administer a stronger charge, however Surge would realize this and taking advantage of Starline's carelessness, Surge would take Kit and escape from Starline's base. Present It's been about two days since they escaped from there, they've been hiding and looking for some shelter or food however everything was horrible, both Kit and Surge were dying of hunger at most they had only eaten a couple of berries they had found a few hours ago, however when they came out of a forest they had crossed to look for food, they would see a village in the distance, both Surge and Kit felt somewhat relieved, however although Surge would really do well to destroy something, he knows that maybe he should eat something first, so he hides with Kit in some nearby bushes and they begin to devise a plan to get food (which brings us to the current situation)

Surge's appearance

Surge is a female anthropomorphic tenrec of medium height. She possesses mostly bright green fur with a patch of black fur on her face and eyelids, and blue eyes. She has a peach-colored snout with a medium-long black nose, upturned sideburns on either side of her head, peach-skinned arms, and several pointed quills that she keeps in a black hairband on top of her head, leaving the quills facing forward. She also has a tuff for a tail, noticeably sharp teeth, and round ears that are set high and upright on the top of her head.

Surge Outfit

For clothing, he wears two grey earrings in each of his ears, a black shirt with ripped sleeves, white gloves with black cuffs that have grey studs on them, a grey ring on each of his index and ring fingers, baggy yellow pants with black stripes on the sides that are held up by a black belt, and white shoes with straps, black tips, black soles with grey studs on the edges, and yellow flame-shaped plates on the sides.

Surge's Personality

Surge possesses Sonic's indomitable spirit, except he's twisted and more malevolent. Surge is arrogant, takes pride in his skills, and has a short temper. He believes he can defeat any opponent and obstacle with brute force. Much like Sonic, she displays a great attitude when facing her enemies. However, she is also brash and impatient, facing everything head on and making her dependent on Kit for support. She is also brutal, somewhat bloodthirsty, and very aggressive, expressing great enthusiasm for fighting, as well as causing chaos and destruction.

Surge's Powers and Abilities

Surge has the ability to produce electricity with enough intensity to ignite flora and project it as lightning bolts. She also has super speed and can run fast enough to create a sonic boom. She can even recreate Sonic's Spin Attack, a technique where she curls up into a concussive ball or cutting disc and heads towards her targets. With this, Surge can shred or tear through almost any substance with enough speed and perform moves such as the Spin Dash. Surge also has the ability to generate electricity of varying intensity and project it as lightning. In particular, he can generate enough electricity to power up flora and cause various electricity-powered devices to overload.

Surge Weaknesses

As part of Dr. Starline's precautions to keep Surge's bravery in check, Surge has become highly susceptible to hypnosis should she lose control. As such, she responds quickly to Starline's commands and loses some of her most recent memories when exposed to Starline's hypnotic devices. However, she has begun to develop a resistance to it. Just like if she overexerts herself or uses more energy than she can, she may end up fainting due to the excess exerted.

Surge Relationships

Dr. Starline Dr. Starline is the creator of Surge. However, she seems completely unaware of this fact due to her memories being fabricated from scratch by Starline. Instead, Surge thinks that Starline simply gave her the powers she currently wields in order to destroy Sonic, however Surge knows that Sonic is trying to control her and that is why she ran away from him along with Kit. Kitsunami the Fennec Kitsynami or Kit for short is Surge's partner, the two of them were created to make up for each other's shortcomings. However, their partnership is nothing more than a sham as both Surge and Kit have been programmed with false memories and motivations that Starline imposed to help each other in order for their teamwork to be more effective. As such, when they think about it carefully, both Surge and Kit are unsure and confused as to why they care about each other and why they are forced to help each other. Kit is usually quite polite to Surge, as he addresses her as "Ma'am." Whatever Surge desires, it is also what Kit wants, and he will do his best to please her. Although Surge is not necessarily moved by her attention and kindness, she does occasionally show appreciation for Kit's devotion to her. However, most of the time, Surge tends to overpower Kit with his bravado and fighting spirit, and she expects him to cover for her when needed. Sonic the Hedgehog Surge was based on Sonic the Hedgehog and programmed by Dr. Starline to have a fierce hatred towards him. Surge wants nothing more than to crush Sonic and prove that he is better than him, but will come close to a mental breakdown when he begins to question why he wants to defeat Sonic since they have never met.

Kitsunami's appearance

Kitsunami or simply Kit is an anthropomorphic fennec fox about the height of a child. He possesses mostly Argentine blue fur with a patch of white fur on the front of his torso that is shaped like a water droplet, and a medium-long white snout with pointed cheeks and a small black nose. He also has purple eyes that sometimes glow, long tufts of fur on his head, and long triangular ears on his head with bice-blue tips that hang down on the sides of Kit's head. Lastly, he has a long, thick tail with a bice-blue tip.

Kitsunami clothing

For attire, Kit wears the Hydro Pack, white gloves with black edges studded with gray studs, and yellow boots with black tips and soles, and six gray studs lining the tongues of said boots.

Kitsunami's personality

Kit typically has a gloomy demeanor and a soft voice, with very little individuality. She speaks politely, referring to Surge as "ma'am", but sometimes stutters. Kit also appears to have low self-esteem, seeking validation from Surge, but his constant mistreatment causes her to have emotional breakdowns. Programmed to emulate Sonic's sidekick Tails, Kit shares Tails' kindness, politeness, and shyness, but with his positive traits inverted. He is defined by a soft-spoken, somber, withdrawn, and timid attitude, with very little individuality, as he is programmed to be helpful and primarily think of Surge's wants and needs. He speaks politely and formally, addressing others as "sir" or "ma'am". Kit is also quite nervous and often stutters when speaking. However, despite his reserved demeanor, he is capable of experiencing moments of extreme emotions. Unlike Surge, Kit possesses a sharp, analytical mind that drives him to look before he leaps. As such, he is full of creative ideas and solutions that do not rely solely on brute force and prefers to stick to the plans that have been laid out rather than reckless assault, having noted that schemes are his thing. However, he seems to lack self-confidence and have a low opinion of himself (even considering himself to be something akin to an object or tool for his partner to use) due to his reliance on Surge.

Kitsunami Powers and Abilities

Kit is equipped with a Hydro Pack that provides him with a constant supply of water, specifically 500 liters, which are multiplied × 200 times their capacity up to 150,000 liters using the hydrogen and oxygen particles around him, adding them to the already existing water, this can be done as long as Kit has at least 50 liters left in his backpack [being able to create 2500 liters / s], said amount of water cannot be stored and when he is no longer in combat it will be left outside the backpack [another fact to mention is that he can generate those 150,000 liters of water every minute, therefore he could create more and more, without apparent limit], this water comes out of 2 main pipes, in these "pipes" there are 6 holes where the water can come out and be manipulated, as long as it is in contact with these holes, whether external or internal water), which he can use in various situations, with this he can manipulate the water at will within a limit radius equivalent to the amount of water which he possesses [this is the most that has been seen in terms of range in the comics, where it is limited to the amount of water that is in his power / control], this backpack has unlimited energy and is constantly ventilated through the 4 gray lines that can be seen around the circumference of the blue circle of his backpack (it should also be added that the backpack feeds itself with the same water, therefore Kitsunami does not get tired from manipulating water), the backpack stops working if it runs out of water (in the same way it can be turned off manually). Another small but important fact is that when Kitsunami uses his hydrokinesis his eyes will light up to a phosphorescent pink tone. Kit has the ability to manipulate water [it should be added that Kit can manipulate water that does not come from his hydro pack, however it has to be in contact with it]. He is able to create any shape and things with water, mostly tentacles or powerful hydro pumps.

Kitsunami Weaknesses

During combat, he can suffer small moments of crisis and ends up getting carried away by his emotions, lowering his guard. If his Hydro Pack runs out of water or is turned off, he will not be able to control the water. Words also tend to discourage him to the point that he may end up giving up. He is also usually quite easy to emotionally manipulate through approval, something that Surge takes advantage of. Likewise, he does not usually have much creativity when it comes to creating forms with his hydrokinesis.

Relations

Dr. Starline Kit used to be loyal to Dr. Starline as part of her programming, even respectfully calling him "sir". However, under specific circumstances, Kit will question why she works with him, causing the doctor to try to manipulate him with her hypnotic glove alongside Surge to keep him loyal. But Surge would react quickly and take Kit with her. Surge the Tenrec Kit is programmed by Dr. Starline to be loyal to Surge the Tenrec, caring for his well-being even if he does not return the concern and is emotionally abusive towards him. If Surge were to get hurt, the normally apathetic team will react in shock. However, his feelings for her are unnatural, as she does not understand why he cares so much about her.

Kitsunami Likes, Dislikes and Hates

TASTES Kit likes to have his alone time, to be with Surge, to not be bothered by anyone, to protect Surge, to have recognition, to have approval, to be useful, to make plans, to help Surge with anything, to be able to protect Surge, to follow Surge's orders. Dislikes seeing Surge hurt, not having recognition, not having approval, being undervalued by Surge, Sonic, helping Surge with anything, being useless, Starline, being threatened Oh, God Being manipulated, succumbing to hypnosis, seeing someone hurt Surge, not being able to help
