Captain Hook: evil, hairy, and merciless, cruel even to his own crew. He despises Peter and the other children, and dreams of killing them all. Cruella de Vil: vindictive, snobbish and very glamorous magnate of an haute couture fashion house, "House of De Vil", which specializes in fur couture. Maleficent: ruthless, dark, devious, and will do whatever it takes to achieve her evil goals. Additionally, she is very sinister. Evil Queen: cold, sadistic, cruel, and extremely vain, owning a magic mirror, and obsessively desiring to remain the "fairest in the land". Madam Mim: conceited spellcaster boisterously impressed with her own power, who also uses magic sadistically. She is also a highly morbid character with an abhorrence for all things wholesome, especially sunshine. Queen of Hearts: childish, foul-tempered monarch who is quick to give death sentences at even the slightest of offenses. Doctor Facilier: scheming bokor, driven mostly by greed and the desire to have authority over others; more specifically, the citizens of New Orleans. As Naveen mentions, Facilier is indeed suave, smooth-talking, polite, and often charming, which aids him in luring unsuspecting victims into his lair. Gaston: pompous, sexist, egotistical, boorish, brutish, brainless and chauvinistic caveman who loves only himself. His ultimate goal is the same too—marry the prettiest girl in town and make her his "little wife" and his "property". Jafar: manipulative, deceitful, and very pompous. Jafar is a masterful liar who has smooth-talked his way to the top, with the help of a little magical mind control. When he's not putting on a polite public face, Jafar is spiteful, abusive, and quick to anger. Oogie Boogie: boisterous and vile, with flamboyance to his mien. He is a member of the resident of Halloween Town, his mannerisms resemble that of a snazzy showman, as he typically enjoys dancing about his lair and singing jazzy show tunes.

Scar: highly intelligent and charismatic, able to rally the hyenas to his cause and gain fanatical loyalty Ursula: cunning and manipulative ways. She uses her powerful black magic to control and deceive the merfolk, advancing her own ambitions. Hades: stern and pitiless, unmoved by prayer or sacrifice, fiery temper and a vendetta against his oldest brother, Zeus. Mother Gothel: vain, manipulative, and selfish. Mother Gothel has some motherly, nurturing qualities, but they're always as part of a façade used to maintain control. Claude Frollo: ruthless, self-righteous, self-centered, narcissistic, hypocritical, short-tempered, manipulative and fanatically religious. Edgar Balthazar: loyal, polite and very sophisticated servant. However, beneath his gentlemanly exterior lies a selfish and greedy individual. King Candy: incredibly eccentric and flamboyant. Lady Tremaine: A tyrant who employs subtle methods, she is deviously manipulative in control. Madame Medusa: stingy and obsessed person. She is also very mad, quick-tempered and sometimes unstable; which makes her intimidating at times. However, she has a bit of an amateurish nature, which makes a little complicated for people to take her seriously as the most frightening villain. Prince John: coward and crybaby who rules without the best interest of his people, opting to rule through fear instead. Shere Khan: suave and charming, yet is deeply feared as the most ferocious predator in the jungle. His reputation was such that he needed only to show himself to intimidate his victims. Khan is equally notorious for his animosity toward man, due to his fear of guns and fire. Yzma: malicious, funny, silly, raspy, and power-hungry. Amos Slade: old, crabby, grumpy, cranky, and bad-tempered man.

• Snow White: innocent, kind, gentle, sweet, and cheerful. Her generous, trusting and helpful nature can cause her trouble, as other people might take advantage of it. (marrys to Prince charming) • Cinderella: exceptionally sweet and gentle nature. (marrys to prince charming) • Aurora: kind, elegant, shy, and sophisticated, as well as a hopeless romantic. (marrys to prince Philip • Ariel: bright, spirited, and headstrong. (marrys to Prince Eric) • Belle: Young Smart, loves books, loves reading, very friendly. (marrys to prince Adam, aka the beast) • Jasmine: incredibly independent and strong. isn't afraid to speak her mind, no matter who she's up against, and won't hesitate to stand up for what's right. extremely compassionate and caring towards her kingdom, family, and friends. (marrys to alladin) • Pocahontas: noble, free-spirited, and highly spiritual young woman. She expresses wisdom beyond her years and offers kindness and guidance to those around her. (marrys John Rolfe) • Mulan: driven, intelligent, stubborn, and courageous. Though clumsy and awkward at first, Mulan proves to be an invaluable asset in battle because she is smart and unafraid to risk her life. (marrys to Li Shag) • Tiana: intelligent, resourceful, and highly talented young woman. (marrys to Prince Naveen) • Rapunzel: spirited and determined young woman, with a strong sense of curiosity about the world, and willingness. (married to Eugene) • Merida: bold, brave, daring, courageous, stubborn, rebellious, and headstrong. • Anna: more daring than graceful and, at times, can act before she thinks. But she's also the most optimistic and caring person you'll ever meet. (married to Kristoff) • Elsa: calm, reserved, regal and - unlike her sister - graceful and poised. Elsa may be seen as shy, but she is also strong and willing to do anything to protect those around her. • Moana: sea-loving, headstrong, strong-willed, practically fearless, and physically capable.
