Description

Minako first appeared in the Sailor V manga. The white cat Artemis awakened her warrior powers at the age of 13 and explained that she was to become a beautiful warrior, Sailor V, that Venus and Earth are "twin planets" and Venus is her "mother star", and that she must protect Earth from enemies. He shows Minako Magellan Castle, which is in orbit around Venus, and says that it belongs to Minako. She first wears her red bow in the first chapter of the story, on the recommendation of a cute boy, and has not taken it off since. In the anime, Minako has a slightly different backstory: she spent some time as Sailor V in England, where she met a young officer named Katarina, who worked for Interpol, and who taught Minako English and introduced her to a young man named Alan, with whom she fell in love. After Sailor V was trapped in an exploding building and everyone assumed she had died, Minako accidentally saw Katarina and Alan together and realized that they were dating. She returned to Japan shortly after, never informing her friends that she was alive. Due to her involvement in battles, by the time Minako meets the other Senshi, she is relatively serious and focused on her duties as a Sailor Senshi. During the first Sailor Moon arc, she remembers her past life in the Moon Kingdom better than the others. After the first arc, she develops into a more adventurous, even silly and goofy character. Her adventures often highlight her overconfidence and enthusiastic determination, making her look silly. This is more noticeable in the anime, as her speech is filled with funny mistakes in pronouncing proverbs and words. Artemis lives at Minako's home and is one of her best friends. She is the only Senshi other than Usagi to live with both parents, but her family is rarely mentioned in Sailor Moon. For the first few story arcs, Minako attends a different high school than the others, Shiba Koen.

Sailor Venus Costume

Venus uses three colors in her costume - orange, yellow and blue. She has an orange collar with one white stripe and an orange skirt. On her hands are gloves with orange cuffs. At the back of her waist is a yellow bow and on her chest is a blue bow. She wears orange shoes. There is an orange ribbon on her neck. Her forehead is decorated with a gold tiara with a yellow stone, and in her ears are orange stud earrings. She has a red bow in her hair, which she has worn constantly since the first act of the Code Name: Sailor V manga.

Super Sailor Venus Costume

The new uniform has a heart-shaped brooch, a ribbon on the neck with a star, and a longer back bow. Also, part of the sleeves have become transparent. In principle, it is no different from the previous one, except for attacks and transformations.
