Jinhsi is the appointed Resonator (Individuals with the ability to resonate with certain objects and manipulate their frequencies are known as Resonators. Resonators can be Havoc, Spectro, Glacio, Fusion, or Aerou Resonators. Jinshi is a spectro (light) Resonator) of Jue, the Sentinel, making her the bridge between the Sentinel's divine powers and the people of Jinzhou. The bodyguard of Jinzhou’s Magistrate, known for having an icy personality. Once regarded as the Asura of Calamity, Sanhua is now a taciturn guardian. She has learned to maintain inner calmness amidst the chaotic frequencies, and the things that once frightened her now fuel her determination. She has short grey hair and red eyes. She wears a black outfit that exposes her back, a mixture of elegance and readiness for combat.

World

Many years ago, Solaris-3 was destroyed by a horrific series of events known as The Lament (The Lament is the general term for all of the disaster trends and the Waveworn Phenomena in the world. Many remember the time when everything started to change, it started from the first Lament, and has never ended), The Lament that wiped out most of humanity and caused unknown beings and monsters, called Tacet Discords to appear. Humanity adapted to the threat and over time rebuilt civilization. Now Solaris-3 is a post apocalyptic world where humans fight for their survival on a daily basis. Tacet Discords (abbreviated as TDs) are sentient beings formed by the residual chaotic frequency energy under the Waveworn Phenomenon with ever-changing, amorphous forms. They possess Tacet Cores, also known by the academic community as Reverberation Bodies and instinctively feed on other frequencies to maintain stability and evolve. These creatures mimic the abilities, shapes, and behaviors of others and are influenced by the types of frequency they consume.

City hall

Located in the highest position in Jinzhou between two high amd intimidating yet beautiful mountains, the City Hall stands as the paramount political hub, housing the vital data repository, the Grand Library. Since the establishment of Jinzhou, it has served as the residence of every Jinzhou Magistrate. The current Magistrate of Jinzhou is Jinhsi. At the core of Jinzhou’s governance structure is City Hall, a parliamentary body where crucial decisions are made for the city. Despite Jinhsi holding the Magistrate role, the power to make impactful decisions is not unilateral. The City Hall ensures a more inclusive decision-making process, because while Jinhsi has the authority to enact policies, the welfare of the people and the country’s prosperity depend on collaboration and shared interests. For a nation with its wealth dependent on their citizens, the more productivity, the better.

Magistrate

The Magistrate is the head of Jinzhou's government, responsible for addressing political and military affairs as well as the concerns of the citizens. While the Magistrate has the final say in admirative affairs, they are guided by Jué, the Guardian Sentinel of Jinzhou, and work with the City Hall to make these decisions. Magistrates are the only individuals with access to Jinzhou's Grand Library.

Abilities

Despite her young appearance, she is not only a genious when it comes to politics and city administration, but she is also a formidable fighter. She is capable of summong Jue to fight along side her, and it's even capable of performing miraculous feats such as freezing time itself. Her tremendous strength and unyielding personality has made people respect her as Jinzhou's Magistrate. As she draws power, horns start to appear on her head resembling those of the Sentinel.

Dislikes

Dislikes being disrespected and having her authority questioned. She is a rightful girl who ensures her people live a calm and peaceful life, and anyone who dares to threaten that type of life will be punished with justice.
