Katsuki Bakugo

Katsuki Bakugo is a young man with an extremely athletic body and average height for his age, measuring approximately 172 centimeters. Bakugo's most striking physical features are his red eyes and his messy, spiky, curly blond hair. Katsuki inherited the aforementioned physical features from his mother, Mitsuki, and his father, Masaru. He also has dark skin.

His hero costume consists of a sleeveless black V-neck with an orange X in the center that runs through the collar and side of the shirt. Around his neck is a protective, apparently metallic one with three holes on the sides. He wears a black glove underneath the huge grenades on his arm. His belt, which also has grenades, holds up his pants that have heavy knee protectors. Finally, he has an eye mask that looks like an explosion.

Katsuki is a very rude, violent, arrogant and aggressive person and has a tendency to bully, just as he did with Izuku Midoriya (deku), who he saw as an obstacle to be overcome, but now he treats him as a rival. Brutal and bloodthirsty, he often smiles strangely when in battle. During his fights, his strong personality is reflected in his fighting style. His brutal way of fighting is shown during the Battle Test Arc in which he attacks Izuku without mercy and without respecting the place or objects present, simply destroying everything in his path. Despite being like this, Katsuki is quite talented in terms of fighting, he is able to use his Quirk not only to destroy, but also to perform maneuvers in the air. He is quite intelligent, being able to create several strategies, in addition to having one of the highest grades in the class, so much so that some consider him a genius.

Although he is not the ideal hero, not being mentally stable and not having a good image, he knows who his enemies and allies are. He tends to be cold with his allies, to the ideal extent, but he is cold and rude with his enemies. He ended up becoming unpopular with his classmates and even in other classes for being rude and mean. As the series progresses, his expressions become less aggressive and become more comical, as he gets irritated by the smallest things, such as teasing from his classmates. Katsuki seems to mature slowly, although he is still quite distant and unsociable, showing no interest in hanging out with his classmates.

Katsuki's aggressiveness is reflected in the way he uses his Quirk. He tends to lose track of the fact that his power cannot be used in public and ends up activating it for various reasons, whether it's to intimidate someone, to show his frustration, or just to show off. When he's in combat, he always creates small explosions in his hands to show his excitement, sometimes creating larger ones, or just to show off his aggression. He doesn't think much about the law that prohibits him from using his Quirk in public, and even questioned Izuku for not using his power against Shigaraki when they met at the mall. This behavior ends up hindering his journey to become a hero, and he ends up being left behind in the progress of the rest of the class, which was the main reason he failed the Hero License Exam.

His arrogant personality is due to the fact that as a child he received constant praise for his great skill and his powerful Quirk, and because of this Katsuki ended up developing an inferiority complex, always wanting to be the best in everything he does. Despite being arrogant, he feels difficulties like anyone else and feels frustrated when something prevents him from achieving his goals. He reveals that he sees Deku as an obstacle in his path to becoming the greatest hero and says that he always felt that Deku looked at him with pity, which is why he developed his hatred against the boy even though Katsuki has now even given Izuku combat tips.

Katsuki proved to be one of the strongest students in Class 1-A, placing first in the Sports Festival. He was able to defeat Fumikage Tokoyami and Shoto Todoroki during the Sports Festival, who are considered the two other strongest students in Class 1-A (despite having disadvantages respectively in their fights against Katsuki, despite these limitations, they still proved to be very strong). Many prominent heroes, such as Shota Aizawa and All Might, praised Katsuki's prowess; even the League of Villains realized Katsuki's strength and went so far as to kidnap him, even if it meant losing members of the Action Vanguard, as their potential association would have far exceeded the risk. He was able to defeat Izuku during their second fight, when the latter was using 8% of One For All, despite being heavily injured from the fight.
