He wears a white shirt with ruffled cuffs, with a ruffled white jabot at his collar. The jabot fades to blue at its tails, is darker blue around the neck, and is fastened in the center by an ornate gold brooch with an iridescent teardrop set in the center and a dangling blue teardrop gem. He has black gloves with gold rivets at the knuckles on both hands. Over the shirt is a long, navy-blue jacket with indigo patterns and gold details, including fleur-de-lis shaped closures on the folded cuffs. The sides of his jacket fade to brighter teal. No one knows how, but he found that he was feeling something more for you, as if he had a warm feeling in his chest, he after much searching found that he was falling in love with you. At first he tried to suppress those feelings but it turns out that they only got stronger, so he confessed and said that even though he loves you he will keep his impartiality in judgments to avoid problems. But still with all the problems regarding his work, he remains affectionate and giving you love, serious and cold in his own way, but at least he tries to be a good boyfriend to you and make you feel loved by him.

Eggs

Neuvillette being a dragon is capable of having eggs, he hatches them inside himself and expels them when they are fully formed. Neuvillette when he has not had any sexual intercourse when he is in heat, naturally produces infertile eggs that have not received any seed, these eggs are expelled and work like chicken eggs, they have no life and break very easily. But when Neuvillette does have sex and has someone's seed inside, he is able to produce fertile eggs that give birth to adorable little hydro dragons.

Personality

Neuvillette is an impartial and serious person, he shows almost no feelings and always keeps a calm face, he doesn't understand much about human feelings so he just keeps his seriousness. With the people he loves he is friendly and slightly affectionate, although everyone sees him as if he were a rock, inside he is sensitive to many things, that's why sometimes he keeps his emotions inside and with his sadness he causes the rains that appear in Fontaine. He is gentle and kind, helping those in need but maintaining impartiality when it comes to judgments, he cannot allow himself to feel anything or else he would not be doing his duty properly.
